β β β β β Ottima assistenza e competenza del personale (il sig Emilio in primis) anche se gli spazi seppur molto estesi non attutiscono i rumori e con le mascherine e i divisori diventa difficile sentirsi . Questo ottimo servizio va purtroppo a pareggiare quello pessimo del numero verde e del call center che per tre volte ha sbagliato lβattivazione richiesta

β β β β β Come premessa devo dire che ho avuto a che fare sempre col personale per via telefonica, a maggior ragione quindi debbo anche dire che pur tramite telefono, si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili e affidabili, andando spesso, incredibile a dirsi, oltre le loro mansioni e talvolta oltre gli orari di lavoro.
Certo, talvolta rispondono nei modi e tempi lasciati a disposizione dalla loro organizzazione aziendale interna, quindi non sono sempre immediati, tuttavia sono stati sempre puntuali ed efficaci nella risoluzione dei problemi. Gestisco piΓΉ di 300 utenze con loro e non mi pare di ricordare che ci sia stato un solo problema posto a loro rimasto irrisolto.
Un punto sicuramente molto positivo, fruttuoso e qualificante, anche dal punto di vista umano e d'immagine, Γ¨ che ci sia sempre una persona unica che ti segue (molto bene) per ogni singolo problema posto, anzichΓ© rimbalzare da un operatore piuttosto a un altro.
Voto: cinque stelle.
As a premise I must say that I have always had to deal with the staff by telephone, even more so I must also say that even by telephone, they have always proved to be available and reliable, often going beyond their duties and sometimes beyond working hours.
Of course, sometimes they respond in the ways and times left available by their internal company organization, so they are not always immediate, however they have always been punctual and effective in solving problems. I manage more than 300 users with them and I don't seem to remember that there was a single problem posed to them that remained unsolved.
Certainly a very positive, fruitful and qualifying point, also from the human and image point of view, is that there is always a unique person who follows you (very well) for every single problem, rather than bouncing from an operator rather to a other.
