Si presentano a casa ti parlano di tariffe ribassate non paghi il canone Rai e si presentano come azienda affiliata ad Enel ed invece tutto il contrario. Ti fanno pagare 90 euro di cauzione poi chi sa quando li rendo o i dietro. Run until you are in time SCAM SCAM terrifying experience. They show up at home and talk to you about reduced rates, you don't pay the Rai license fee and they present themselves as a company affiliated with Enel and instead quite the opposite. They make you pay 90 euros of deposit then who knows when I return them or the backs.

Qualche mese fa si sono presentati come operatori Enel e ci hanno proposto di sottoscrivere contratti super favorevoli per luce e gas. Noi diciamo di volerci pensare ma quando ci contattano gli operatori telefonici di Jen TRUFFATORI Energia, diciamo di non voler aderire. Dopo qualche mese riceviamo lettera di contratto con loro, sia per la luce che per il gas, pur non avendo MAI sottoscritto nulla!!!! Vergognoso!! Ovviamente abbiamo cambiato subito operatore rivolgendoci ad un'azienda SERIA e presto procederemo per le vie legali. Speriamo che questa, come le tantissime altre recensioni negative, serva a non far cadere altri malcapitati nella trappola di questi truffatori e che Jen faccia la fine che merita... chiudere i battenti!! Be wary of this company, they are scammers. A few months ago they presented themselves as Enel operators and offered us to sign super favorable contracts for electricity and gas. We say we want to think about it but when the telephone operators of Jen TRUFFATORI Energia contact us, we say we do not want to join. After a few months we receive a letter of contract with them, both for electricity and gas, even though we have NEVER signed anything !!!! Shameful!! Obviously we immediately changed operator by turning to a SERIOUS company and we will soon proceed to legal proceedings. We hope that this, like the many other negative reviews, will not let other unfortunates fall into the trap of these scammers and that Jen will end up as she deserves ... shut down !!
M	Maurone Luongo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRUFFATORI ...diffidate a prescindere da questa azienda chiamano spacciandosi per enel dicendo che devono aggiornare il contratto,ma è tutta una truffa per poi farvi contratto con loro..addirittura con me insistevano nel dirmi che dovevano rimborsarmi il canone RAI che non dovevo pagare(invece pagato giustamente)al telefono il ragazzo che mi ha chiamato stava perdendo pazienza nell insistere ,e diventato palesemente maleducato mi ha fatto irritare parecchio...inutile rispondere alle recensioni dicendo che i commerciali sono autonomi e loro non hanno colpe...perché in una azienda onesta che lavora bene anche i commerciali sono controllati nell essere trasparenti...mi domando come fanno ad esistere certe aziende che come forza hanno l imbrogliare la gente...ora avendo parlato solo per telefono mi aspetto che mi arrivi un contratto come successo ad altre persone..cosi poi denunciarli e far partire azione legale... Se rivedo il cosiddetto venditore che si è presentato ieri a casa miei nei dintorni del mio condominio chiamo i Carabinieri. Vanno tutelati gli anziani e le persone con meno capacità di discernimento. Sending sellers in the name of Enel Energia and proposing contracts in the name of Jen Energia is a scam. Vergogna presentarsi come enel per un aggiornamento contatore salvo poi chiedere documenti e firma su un modulo jenenergia. E se anche fossero agenti esterni quando si presentano per conto vostro, siete responsabili della loro condotta...e visto che a quanto pare è sempre uguale da mesi credo proprio sia il modo di lavorare che avete. Aggiornamento: grazie per avere trovato tempo di rispondere chiarendo che la rete vendita (forse esterna) ha bisogno di essere istruita e controllata per non farvi fare delle figuracce in giro. Per quanto riguarda il fatto che non mi trova tra i suoi clienti, io per fortuna mi sono accorto in tempo (anche se all'ultimo passaggio) che invece di fare un aggiornamento al contatore mi stavano per rifilare un contratto. Nonostante si siano rivolti a compagnie più serie, non riuscivano a sganciarsi e per mesi hanno pagato il doppio di quello che pagavano prima! Vergognoso! Da denuncia! Scammers! Si sono presentati alla sua porta con un tesserino Enel, seguendo le stesse modalità descritte dagli altri utenti. Gli ho consigliato di scrivere immediatamente un messaggio di posta elettronica certificata per informali di non aver sottoscritto (né di essere intenzionati a sottoscrivere) alcun contratto. M	Martino Andolina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A marzo, mi ha chiamato una ragazza (incaricata della commerciale gas, che non era vero) dicendomi che dovevano consegnare un modulo dei rincari per i prezzi in aumento contro la guerra ecc.. poi si presentano a casa mia che in realtà sono dei venditori a tutti gli effetti per farmi un nuovo contratto con Jen, e io ho le prove che non ho firmato, nessun contratto mi ha attivato per conto loro la nuova fornitura elettrica che non volevo!! È una truffa a tutti gli effetti ho pure registrato la chiamata dicendo che io ho rifiutato, questi tizi li avrei denunciati ai carabinieri! Mi sono sentito fregato, gente che sono dei morti di fame!!
