In tutte e due le occasioni la ragazza (credo si chiami Valentina) ha risolto il problema velocemente, con competenza e gentilezza (ed era sola in ufficio, alle 18.30).
E' stata bravissima, non capita frequentemente di ricevere un'assistenza pronta ed efficace.
On two occasions I have turned to the Buenos Aires store about some problems with a bill.
On both occasions the girl (I think her name is Valentina) solved the problem quickly, with competence and kindness (and she was alone in the office, at 6.30 pm).
She was very good, it does not happen frequently to receive prompt and effective assistance.
