L’applicazione dello smalto viene messo in una stanza per i massaggi con poca luce, quindi è difficile capire se viene messo bene o meno. Una volta uscita dal centro estetico ho visto che lo smalto era messo male e con poca precisione. Lo smalto è stato messo di domenica e già martedì ha cominciato a staccarsi... e continua a staccarsi ogni giorno!!! Sono molto delusa! Non tornerei mai più! I booked through Treatwell semi-permanent hands and feet. The girl who put the nail polish on me was kind. The application of the nail polish is placed in a massage room with little light, so it is difficult to understand if it is put on well or not. Once I left the beauty center, I saw that the enamel was badly and with little precision. The nail polish was put on on Sunday and already on Tuesday it began to peel off ... and it continues to peel off every day !!! I am very disappointed! I would never go back!

Io e una mia amica abbiamo prenotato una pulizia viso, ci è stato specificato che avrebbero tenuto conto della tipologia di pelle e applicato ad hoc i prodotti invece purtroppo nel mio caso è stato tutto senza senso. La ragazza della reception ci accoglie e poi scopro essere lei ad occuparsi della mia pulizia viso non sembrandomi minimamente professionale. Non mi è stato spiegato nulla delle varie fasi e dei prodotti applicati e questo totale silenzio oltre che confermare l'inadeguatezza della ragazza in tutta sincerità non mi ha permesso di sentirmi a mio agio minimamente. Il massaggio viso e pancia(??) non richiesto e totalmente privo di tecnica, il sapone negli occhi da subito, un capello sul viso per parte della pulizia (la ragazza non aveva nemmeno i capelli legati) l'applicazione di un eccessiva ed ingiustificata quantità di scrub ed oli profumati sul viso e i capelli inzuppi di olio e scrub alla fine mi hanno proprio innervosita. Ho voluto evitare di lamentarmi per non rovinare la giornata alla mia amica così abbiamo pagato e siamo andate via, sono dovuta andare subito a casa a lavarmi perché ero piena di olio, e ad oggi essendomi spuntati anche dei brufoli a causa dell'applicazione di oli sulla mia pelle tendente al misto grasso non ho proprio potuto astenermi dal mettere una recensione molto negativa. Metto una stella per la location altrimenti sarebbe stato zero. Sconsiglio decisamente. A friend of mine and I booked a facial cleansing, it was specified that they would take into account the type of skin and apply the products ad hoc instead unfortunately in my case it was all nonsense. The girl at the reception welcomes us and then I discover that she is the one who takes care of my face cleaning, not seeming in the least professional. Nothing was explained to me about the various phases and the products applied and this total silence as well as confirming the girl's inadequacy in all sincerity did not allow me to feel at ease in the slightest. The face and belly massage (??) not required and totally devoid of technique, soap in the eyes immediately, a hair on the face for part of the cleaning (the girl did not even have her hair tied up) the application of an excessive and unjustified amount of scrubs and scented oils on my face and hair soaked in oil and scrubs at the end made me really nervous. I wanted to avoid complaining so as not to ruin my friend's day so we paid and went away, I had to go home immediately to wash myself because I was full of oil, and to date I have also popped up pimples due to the application of oils on my skin that is prone to mixed fat I just couldn't refrain from putting a very negative review. I put a star for the location otherwise it would have been zero. I definitely do not recommend.

To describe it would be someone gently rubbing your arms and legs with no actual pressure. 40 mins for 80€ at that poor of a quality is outrageously over priced. Seems as if the woman who gave me the massage had no idea what she was doing.
