Ho acquistato 3 sedute di tecarterapia per mia figlia che aveva subito uno strappo muscolare al bicipite femorale. Ero inizialmente scettico ma sono rimasto molto soddisfatto per le prestazioni eseguite con professionalità. Lo consiglio!

I got to know this diagnostic center by purchasing a complete abdomen check-up package on Groupon. Fantastic! Upon my arrival I was greeted by kind and attentive staff and visited by a very competent doctor who was able to answer all my questions in a clear and reassuring way. I advise!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merita 5 stelle, l’accoglienza è stata ottima il personale è stato molto gentile sia di persona che al telefono per la prenotazione. Lo studio l’ho trovato anche pulito ed inoltre la disponibilità di diversi medici e specialisti nello stesso centro la ritengo una grande comodità.
It deserves 5 stars, the welcome was excellent, the staff were very kind both in person and on the phone for reservations. I also found the office clean and I also consider the availability of several doctors and specialists in the same center to be a great convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro con tanti specialisti , ma la prima seduta di depilazione definitiva era una specialista poco appassionata del suo lavoro, infatti la seconda volta sono andata al appuntamento che mi hanno dato, e mi è stato detto che il mio appuntamento non era inserito perché la specialista con cui avevo appuntamento non lavora più lì. E nessuno mi ha avvisato per spostare mio appuntamento. Quindi è stata una perdita di tempo per me e una cosa poco professionale e rispettoso verso i clienti.
Center with many specialists, but the first definitive hair removal session was a specialist who was not very passionate about her work, in fact the second time I went to the appointment they gave me, and I was told that my appointment was not entered because the specialist with whom I had an appointment no longer works there. And no one warned me to reschedule my appointment. So it was a waste of time for me and unprofessional and respectful towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Organizzati male, avevo prenotato per questa mattina un massaggio dalla durata di 45 minuti per mia mamma (che ho accompagnato). Oltre al ritardo di 20 minuti, il massaggiatore ha pensato bene di togliere quei minuti alla seduta. Per di più dicendo che la seduta era stata completata. Quando io prevedendo questa situazione avevo già impostato il timer. Invece di scusarsi per il ritardo, per il pessimo sevizio e per la presa in giro l’unica risposta è stata che la prossima volta avrebbe aggiunto quei 20 minuti mancanti. Ma quale prossima volta? MAI PIÙ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono centri migliori, mi sono rivolta per una lombosciatalgia con l'ortopedico Derossi pessima esperienza, esistono ortopedici molto più gamba e preparati.
Il suo modo di fare troppo sbrigativo, senza consultare dischi di risonanza e non aveva nemmeno una carta intestata a suo nome, mio consiglio rivolgersi ad una struttura ospedaliera con professionisti.
Per quello che ho lasciato in questo centro il risultato è stato pessimo.Sconsigliatissimo a livello ortopedico.
Per quanto riguarda l'ozonoterapia ci sono centri a prezzi più abbordabili e medici più competenti soprattutto all'ascolto del paziente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione: avevo preso 1 ora di permesso a lavoro per un primo appuntamento da loro e una volta recatami al centro scopro che la mia prenotazione via email non era stata registrata e si erano quindi dimenticati di avvisarmi che la dottoressa con cui avevo appuntamento aveva disdetto. Ho rischedulato per la settimana successiva ma poi ho ricevuto ulteriori due chiamate per chiedermi di spostare l'appuntamento. Questa non è serietà e ho preferito rivolgermi a chi ha più rispetto del tempo altrui.
Bad organization: I had taken 1 hour of leave to work for a first appointment with them and once I went to the center I discovered that my booking via email had not been registered and therefore they forgot to inform me that the doctor with whom I had an appointment had canceled . I rescheduled for the next week but then got two more calls asking me to move the appointment. This is not serious and I preferred to turn to those who have more respect for others' time.
