β β β β β Good! Not the most sophisticated place or massage. But, the massage was good! Very vigorous, thorough, cheerful and not at all rushed. I booked one hour and they went 15-20 minutes over. I was pushed, pulled, walked on, cracked, had my hair pulled (it was good), my arm picked up and thwacked on the massage bed repeatedly. All good, really.
Negatives:
The massage table didn't have a hole to poke your face through. This negatively impacted my entire experience as it's impossible to relax your neck and shoulders properly during a massage with your head turned to one side. They should really just get someone to make some holes in their massage tables.
The rooms don't have a ceiling so you can hear other treatments in progress. Not a problem for me as this was an energetic Thai massage and I wasn't really trying to zone out or fall asleep.
All in all, a positive experience. Don't go here looking for a super chilled or luxurious spa experience. But if you want a vigorous Thai massage, go for it.

β β β β β I should've read the reviews here. I went here to relax and maybe fall asleep but this massage shop was for hard massage and without oil. She asked if I want her to step on me and I said maybe not, and she asked me why? I tried and later I told her that I prefer hands but she was keep doing with her feet later. I don't think there are options the clients can choose because they didn't ask me what I want except for one hour. Also, I felt uncomfortable because she opened the door whole time. In general I didn't enjoy this place.

β β β β β Went for a 30 minute massage just before we went home.
We go for regular massages in Munich and are used to a high standard.
Usually, for 30 minutes you don't get a lot. At Chiang Mai, we still got a full body Thai Massage. The ladies regularly checked in to see whether the massage was to the right strength. They performed all sorts of moves we'd never seen before.
We also just walked in on a public holiday and were able to be seen to without an appointment.
10/10, would recommend and would go again. Really good value for money.
