★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspetto da oltre 7 mesi una risposta da parte vostra dopo che ho mandato 35-40 email,2fax,2pec e 30-40 telefonate al numero verde... inutile! Il mio impianto fotovoltaico e fermò creandomi soltanto disagio economico, psicologico e fisico. Il vostro rappresentante sig Bolognese Damiano a saputo soltanto farmi una denuncia a carabinieri perché ho chiesto chiarimenti visto che è stato lui ad farmi false promesse come tempistica e serietà da parte vostra. Niente rimarrà senza conseguenze legale .
I have been waiting for a response from you for over 7 months after I sent 35-40 emails, 2fax, 2pec and 30-40 phone calls to the toll-free number ... useless! My photovoltaic system stopped creating only economic, psychological and physical discomfort. Your representative, Mr Bolognese Damiano, was only able to make a complaint to the carabinieri because I asked for clarification since it was he who made false promises to me in terms of timing and seriousness on your part. Nothing will remain without legal consequences.

Inoltre sono molto attenti alla sostenibilità, cosa che tutte le aziende dicono ma poi non fanno.. Loro organizzano tante iniziative a tutela del nostro Pianeta e hanno dei progetti attivi da molti anni. FINALMENTE UN'AZIENDA SERIA!! Grazie E.ON!
I have been their customer for 3 years and I am very happy. Punctual services, customer assistance is immediate. They are also very attentive to sustainability, which all companies say but then do not do .. They organize many initiatives to protect our planet and have active projects for many years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installato super solar, dopo un attesa di più di un anno. Poi arriva il momento, installatore ha trovato tutto pronto e in una giornata installa tutto. Ottimi materiali di marchi blasonati ma.... assistenza zero dopo tante telefonate ad responsabili locali e della sede centrale a responsabile della assistenza tecnica mi ritrovo senza il riscaldamento in casa da 12 giorni nel periodo più freddo in sardegna. La caldaia Daikin sta funzionando solo ad acqua calda sanitaria perché pare ci sia un problema. La cosa che mi stupisce è che da un azienza così importante a livello nazionale la mancanza di riguardo per i clienti e l'incapacità di risolvere piccoli problemi in tempi brevi.
Super solar installed, after waiting for more than a year. Then the moment comes, the installer has found everything ready and installs everything in one day. Excellent materials of noble brands but .... zero assistance after many phone calls to local managers and the head office to manager of technical assistance I find myself without heating at home for 12 days in the coldest period in Sardinia. The Daikin boiler is running on domestic hot water only because there seems to be a problem. The thing that amazes me is that from such an important company at national level the lack of regard for customers and the inability to solve small problems in a short time.
