 Lina (sales clerk) was great! Unfortunately one size was out, so I had to order on the website, a shame because for how courteous she was, I wanted to order in the shop. Highly recommended!

Cecilia é stata molto paziente e attenta alle mie esigenze e ha saputo consigliarmi molto bene. Capi bellissimi, fantasie uniche e tessuti di qualità. Attendo la collezione invernale.

Sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta degli acquisti perché ha saputo consigliarmi senza essere insistente come succede in altri negozi suggerendomi sia per la nuova collezione che per gli articoli in saldo. Tornerò sicuramente, ottima anche la qualità dei capi e vestono perfettamente. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso delle due colleghe più giovani che hanno sorriso esclusivamente quando sono uscita dal negozio forse felici che me ne stessi andando.
I went to the store yesterday. A nice, competent and sunny girl with short hair served me. I was really satisfied with the purchases because she was able to advise me without being persistent as happens in other stores, suggesting me both for the new collection and for the items on sale. I will definitely return, the quality of the garments is also excellent and they dress perfectly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same of the two younger colleagues who only smiled when I left the shop, perhaps happy that I was leaving.

La commessa Cecilia, molto gentile, paziente e disponibile, è stata il vero valore aggiunto e punto di forza della visita in negozio. Mi ha aiutato a trovare i modelli più adatti alla mia figura e in base alle mie richieste. Tra le cose che ho apprezzato molto del suo modo di servire è stato sicuramente l'essere propositiva e la conoscenza dimostrata dei prodotti.
I have known and used Nicla pants for several months. I am writing this review following a shopping experience at the store in Corso Buenos Aires (Milan). The saleswoman Cecilia, very kind, patient and helpful, was the real added value and strength of the visit to the shop. It helped me to find the most suitable models for my figure and according to my requests. Among the things I really appreciated about his way of serving was certainly his being proactive and his proven knowledge of the products.
