β β β β β It's the only toy shop we found that have a variety of toys. If you're looking for a toy shop that's the shop you definitely want. It's 2 floors so don't be tricked by the stuff toys you see from the window shop.

β β β β β Very rude staff. She pulled the toy bicycle under my daughter. Avoid this place if you don't want your children to be treated in a rude and unpleasant way.

Dear shop owner, I read your reply. Seems you are aware of the situation. I live in Milan and I am your customer since 2 years. But unfortunately after this experience we will not visit your store again. The blonde woman (sale staff or owner or whoever) has nothing to do about communication with children. I was not near my daughter, just watching her from far, while this happened. My daughter told "ok i'll get it to corner" but you did not understand it and pulled the bike with shouting "stop stop no no" and afterwards, you told to the other customer (young lady who bought a few toys and you were serving at that moment) "terrible terrible" in Italian.. both I and my daughter heard this. After we left the shop she was really disappointed because your shop was the most exciting place in Milan for her. People never forget how they are treated, specially kids. She already explained this terrible experience to 3 of her classmates in ASM.

β β β β β A nice toy shop with many toys and helpful staff. I was looking for quality souvenirs or Italian products to take home as gifts but I couldn't find any, which was somewhat disappointing. It's really a toy shop for locals with run-of-the-mill products. Summary: Nice toy shop. No souvenirs or Italian made toys.
