β β β β β Do not go there! Long line for a very normal ice cream. You can get at many places better and cheaper. What I really donβt like are the prices and the dirty bathroom. NO Toilette paper, no soap, no tissues and dirty and ugly. This should be closed down by officials

β β β β β Great coffee and amazing gelato, causing leg trembles and gasps from my girlfriend (I think that was the reason).
Not too heavily priced for the location, I was expecting to be stung harder
We had to wait a while for it, though when this was realised we got chocolate treats and apologies. The service did lose them the 5th star.

β β β β β Very good gelato.. we ordered pistachio and vanilla( they said that they have vanilla but they gave us milk flavor!!) .. I liked the pistachio so much it worth the wait in long line .. the hot chocolate that was put on the top it was very delicious I liked it so much
the staff were friendly and the service was good
It is not the best gelato we had in italy but definitely one of the best gelatos shops in Milan
I will come again for sure

β β β β β Food was excellent butβ¦ staff were extremely miserable and rude. From the moment we stepped foot into the building, the staff were immediately getting frustrated with people queuing in the incorrect place. Better signage would resolve this issue. When I was placing my order the female staff member went to take our orders, and half way through went on to ask if we were sitting inside or outside. Instead of waiting, the female staff member cancelled the order, and then had to restart the order process. Whilst this was happening the female staff member was muttering under her breath and talking about us to another staff member. This really ruined the experience.
After the ordering process we were sent over to another member of staff who was making our order (pancakes), the male staff member was very polite and made our order, and presented it to us in a very professional manner.
I wouldnβt return again which is a shame as the dessert was really nice!
