The ice cream wasn’t made with love, smallest scoops I’ve ever seen, kids will get bigger scoops than that, those who work there definitely want to resign asap, cause they look sad and tired of life. The ice cream was Meh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gelato but they intentionally overcharged me an extra digit. My wife and I ordered 2 cones and instead of charging us 8.50 they charged 88.50 to my credit card. Tried to dispute it but Vanilla seems to think that my wife and I on our honeymoon ordered for an entire baseball team or something. As I said great gelato but keep an eye on the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vegan raspberry and chocolate ice cream was delicious. But there were loads of people and it feel like an industry. Loved the ice creamed but don’t hope for a cute local spot (at least the day we went). I’m happy to see vegan options (raspberry+chocolate, pistachio and another one I can’t remember) but I would love to see more options like vanilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been here twice because it's really been that good. Their ice cream and also coffee are delicious. If you're a fan of homemade ice cream then this is the place to go. You'll pay about 10€ for a nicely decorated cup that includes fresh fruits, ice cream, whipped cream and toppings. Not too bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of flavours with 3 vegan and sugar free options which was what I got. Slightly more icy and not so smooth but not sure if it was because its vegan.
Slightly subpar service. Here you pay first and pass the receipt to the gelato counter, so the receipt is really important.
1) I ordered and paid 4€ for medium but cashier gave me receipt for small. When I tried to ask him to reissue the correct receipt he merely wrote 'medium' on it.
2) Some other customers and I who were there first were trying to get our gelatos for quite some time, but the staff kept serving people who came after us. Perhaps this place can organise and serve the queue accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bubble waffle with fresh fruits is a must try. Their own whipped cream is light and nice which pairs well with the waffle. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating, perfect for tourists!
