She was unable/ not willing to answer simple questions of other clients before me and talked to me rudely and without even looking at me. There is another store of the brand close by with a much better customer service, just go there instead.

If you (Gutteridge employees) are in the clothing business and want greater sales with greater profits, you need to learn how to be polite, respectful, and get rid of the poor attitude. Subsequently, I returned one sweater (the only item I purchased) due to your treatment.
A	A. Kheir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely, if ever, leave reviews however after my horrendous experience at this store I felt compelled to. If I could leave zero stars I most certainly would. This was without question the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered anywhere on my travels. The staff kept passing me on from one staff member to another, to answer a simple question I had about sizing. After deciding to go with a different coloured shirt, the lady rolled her eyes to another staff member. At the checkout, she was extremely rude with an elderly Chinese couple, throwing the receipt at him after he did not understand her when she asked for change. She then threw my shirt into the bag with the receipt without even looking in my direction. If the staff are unhappy working there, here’s a suggestion: get rid of them. Clearly this is a prevalent issue with the store judging by the other reviews.

I have nothing to say about the products, but the staff lady didn’t want to let me try them. I wanted to try different shirts, to figure out my size but this women wanted me to pick all the items of the same size and to try only one. I insisted in trying all the different shirts to see if the colors suited me well, but I felt like I was breaking a huge low! It’s not supposed to be that way. Rude and agresive... I won’t go again!

Though, customer service is really unprofessional, not in the usual friendly Italian way, it is simply unprofessional. I almost missed my train because it took them half an hour to realize that they don’t find my size. It was also very irritating that they didn’t even say sorry, though I told them that I’m in a hurry! If they customer service was nice I would rate it 5.
P	Phillip K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2014 I visited Gutteridge once before. Then I noticed that they are treated me very strangely in this store. At the intro you are received very inhospitably and you are immediately shouted at in Italian that you are not allowed to touch anything and that they can indicate the right size for you. The staff looks uninspired and grumpy. I have touched nothing because didn't dare it anymore. Now I visited this both shops again yesterday in 2022 and nothing has changed eight years later. In the two shops of Gutteridge in Milan they are so inhospitable and unfriendly. For me a reason to never, ever visit this store again. Then I'd rather go to Boggi Milano or other gentlemen's shops.
