★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I only wanted to buy a bath bomb for my hotel bathtub but went out of the store with more unexpected items. Nico was very helpful and it was really great to talk with him and to learn about Lush products from him, he’s so friendly and explained very clearly. Nice experience in this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience dealing with a staff member here, I am well aware lush fights for animal testing but i went in asking for info if just in case they had dog soap bars, I got told with the rudest tone “NO ABSOLUTELY NOT, WE DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS”, i was just asking for an INFO, I never had a problem and came to this lush multiple times but this woman was extremely RUDE, I left immediately without saying a word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pulled in by the exotic smells coming out of this shop and I just had to wander into the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location of this particular outlet is pretty prime. The prices of the products were rather steep. Will recommend it to the people who are looking for some exotic products or people who just want to experience visual brilliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited one month ago or so, and the team was very friendly and helpful. But what I would really like to say is the next story. The girl (sadly I don't remember her name) asked me where I am from, I told her my home country but also that I was living in Ukraine and I was displaced due the recent invasion. She was very kind and even offered me a room or for somebody who may need it. Sadly the paper where she wrote her contact went into the washing machine. If she reads this, thank you! Your support was very important for me ?? and congratulations to Lush team! Anywhere I go staff is awesome. (And this time they advised me really good hair products!!)
