β β β β β su 6 telefonate tutti gli operatori del Call center 02/6995 mi hanno attaccato la cornetta alcuni facendo finta di non sentire altri senza motivo mentre parlavo, altri ancora rispondono e attaccano a qualsiasi ora tu chiami alla 7ma chimata mi rispondono e forse Γ¨ cosi ... noi non sappiamo come inserire la data , nalΓ²to operatore il sistema non funziona riprova tra una settimana ... unaltro operatore dice no funziona tutto , in definitiva 10 chiamate e non hanno risolto un semplice trasferimento di denaro la banca Γ¨ caduta molto in basso, persino nella filiale di san prospero in pieno centro ormai lavorano in due gatti e ce una disorganizzazione pazzesca . se potessi dare meno 5 stelle gle le darei tutte visto che prendono in giro le persone. ... AWAY !!!

β β β β β Oggi pomeriggio mi reco presso lo sportello atm di questa filiale per versare dei soldi. A fine operazione il sistema si "inceppa" e non mi permette di versare, trattenendo perΓ² i soldi. La guardia giurata presente (gentilissima, tra l'altro) mi dice che capita un sacco di volte ?????. Il direttore Γ¨ ancora in filiale e mi rilascia, malvolentieri e trattandomi con sufficienza, un foglio dove dichiaro la cifra da me versata, dicendo che fino a lunedΓ¬ non sarΓ possibile aprire lo sportello e verificare la presenza dei soldi.
Sono cliente deutsche bank da tantissimi anni, fortunatamente non di questa filiale.
This afternoon I go to the ATM of this branch to pay money. At the end of the operation, the system "jams" and does not allow me to pay, however retaining the money. The security guard present (very kind, by the way) tells me that it happens a lot of times ?????. The director is still in the branch and reluctantly releases me and treating me sufficiently with a sheet where I declare the amount paid by me, saying that until Monday it will not be possible to open the door and check for the money.
I have been a customer of Deutsche Bank for many years, fortunately not of this branch.

β β β β β In filiale non rispondono al telefono da giorni a qualsiasi orario ed il call center suggerisce di continuare a chiamare la filiale e che non compete loro.
In the branch they have not answered the phone for days at any time and the call center suggests they continue to call the branch and that is not their responsibility.
