Ci sono bravi ed esperti che riescono ad effettuare i servizi in modo rapido e professionale ed altri che mascherano la loro incompetenza facendola passare come un favore e invece dovrebbe essere un dovere. Se la prima volta, il 28/09, mi potevano vendere la storia che non leggevano il mio codice fiscale perché ero di un'altra Regione, e per farmi un favore forzavano il sistema immettendo un altro documento, non so con che sfacciataggine si sono permessi oggi di dirmi ancora che è un favore che mi stavano facendo nonostante, abbia detto loro che sono stata altre tre volte oltre quella volta precedente che mi hanno visto, e con gli altri loro colleghi non ci sono mai stati problemi con la lettura del mio codice fiscale. Sarebbe stato meno irritante avere di fronte personale che almeno ammetta di non essere capace di fare una cosa, almeno c'è speranza che sapendo di non sapere possa imparare, ma così negano proprio la possibilità di migliorare. Fine della storia, ho usato la mia carta di identità (si erano pure spazientiti che non l'abbia presentato immediatamente alla richiesta), il certificato non appare sull'app IO e ho dovuto scaricare personalmente il certificato online. Poco prima delle 8.00 c'erano circa una decina di persone in fila per i tamponi e pur non essendo obbligati a farlo hanno iniziato un paio di minuti prima dell'orario. Un servizio prezioso che senza appuntamento funziona dalle ore 8.00 alle 20.00, con qualche eccezione soltanto durante le festività "comandate". Consiglio e raccomando.
