Andando a ritirarla ho chiesto con l'occasione anche una soluzione salina per disinfettare un peircing. Non sapendo precisamente quale soluzione prendere, ho chiesto al negoziante se sapesse qualcosa in merito. Per chiarire quello che mi servisse ho provato a dargli le indicazioni che mi erano state date dal peircer e che avevo confermato leggendo su wiki how. Piuttosto che un aiuto in merito ai miei dubbi, ho ricevuto una risposta supponente e scortese: il negoziante si sentiva infastidito dal fatto che la sua esperienza professionale fosse "messa a confronto" con quella di un peircer o di un sito internet, quando mai nessuno ha insinuato nulla di simile nè fatto alcun confronto.
