Non hanno Ricetta in Farmacia Non rispondono al telefono, né fisso né mobile, quindi di fatto non consegnano a domicilio in caso di necessità urgenti nonostante ne diano garanzia verbale. Bad. Competenza e gentilezza al top consigliatissimo Kind and helpful pharmacist also made herself available to print out the really nice recipes for me, unlike her colleague who was a bit gruff, all in all I was fine. Le dottoresse sono molto gentili e disponibili, davvero si "sbattono" per cercar di dar retta a tutti...ma solo in due si dividono tra banco e tamponi!...spesso l'esecuzione dei tamponi è proprio interrotta nonostante ci siano persone in coda al freddo da ore.... Risultato: una trentina di persone davanti (direi non tantissime...) QUATTRO ORE D'ATTESA, e non è un eufemismo... Mi spiace, ma non si fa...se vuoi giustamente guadagnare sui tamponi ti devi anche attrezzare, non lo puoi fare sulla pelle delle gente lasciata ore fuori al freddo!! Credo che anche in questo momento di difficoltà sul tema si possa trovare una soluzione meno disagevole.... AND AVOID FOR THE BUFFER !! Ho pagato per il tampone di mio figlio perché non avevo ancora ricevuto la notifica da Ats, poi l’indomani che ho ricevuto la notifica non hanno acetato neanche di farmi un buono con i soldi che avevo pagato il tampone (tra l’altro non la prima volta, imagino come tutti). Tempi di attesa enormi, non rispondono al telefono e le mascherine FFP2 per i bambini costano più di 70 centesimi come dovrebbe essere. Bad service. They are not courteous, fed up with every extra question. I paid for my son's tampon because I had not yet received the notification from Ats, then the next day I received the notification they did not even agree to give me a voucher with the money I had paid for the tampon (among other things, not the first time, I guess like everyone). Huge wait times, no phone answering, and FFP2 face masks for kids cost more than 70 cents as it should be.
