★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residenza Pryncipe, via Principe Eugenio, quasi terminata, un casermone di oltre 10 piani fuori terra lungo più di 80 metri, oscura la vista agli abitanti di almeno 4 condomini pre-esistenti. Nemmeno lo spazio per un giardinetto. Pubblicità con rendering molto ambigui già dal 2018, al punto che molti che hanno acquistato l'appartamento pensavano fosse incluso il giardino che in realtà è di via Tolentino, 2. Lavori interminabili a partire dalle 7 della mattina fino alle 20 a volte da tre anni, alcuni festivi compresi. Non solo gli attuali abitanti soffriranno il nuovo ammasso di cemento ma anche i futuri condomini non saranno contenti di essere ammassati come nei palazzi di periferia anni 60 quando, affacciandosi vedranno i loro vicini a 10 metri di distanza. Complimenti Studio Marco Piva un bell'esempio di sostenibilità per questa città!!
Residenza Pryncipe, via Principe Eugenio, almost finished, a barracks of over 10 floors above ground, more than 80 meters long, obscures the view to the inhabitants of at least 4 pre-existing condominiums. Not even space for a small garden. Advertising with very ambiguous renderings as early as 2018, to the point that many who bought the apartment thought it included the garden which is actually in via Tolentino, 2. Endless works starting from 7 in the morning until 20 sometimes for three years , including some holidays. Not only the current inhabitants will suffer from the new cement pile but also the future condominiums will not be happy to be piled up like in the suburban buildings of the 60s when, looking out they will see their neighbors 10 meters away. Congratulations Studio Marco Piva a good example of sustainability for this city !!
