Ne concedo una per la cortesia iniziale della Sig.ra Lucrezia nel seguirci lungo le difficili scelte che ci sono dietro la ristrutturazione di ben 2 bagni ed una sala. Purtroppo, tutti i punti guadagnati sino a quel momento si sono persi man mano tra ordini in ritardo, forniture in eccesso e forniture in difetto, fatture errate e ASSISTENZA PESSIMA nel post-vendita! Secondo nostra esperienza (e soprattutto paragone con altri fornitori) meriterebbero di chiudere, supponendo di non essere i soli ed unici ad aver avuto tutti questi problemi con loro... addirittura il TITOLARE Sig.Modica Manuel ha finto di essere interessato al nostro caso solo per recuperare merce fornitaci per sbaglio in eccesso, disinteressandosi totalmente di tutte le problematiche collaterali (documentate) createci! ASSOLUTISSIMAMENTE SCONSIGLIATI, salvo (forse) che con loro non si faccia tutto il "pacchetto" (+Architetto +Ditta lavori) così che ci si possa quantomeno salvaguardare con la formula "saldo solo a fine lavori e solo se tutto ok"!!! IT WOULD LIKE ZERO STARS. I grant one for the initial courtesy of Mrs. Lucrezia in following us along the difficult choices behind the renovation of 2 bathrooms and a hall. Unfortunately, all points earned up to that point have been lost between late orders, excess supplies and defective supplies, erroneous invoices and very bad post-sales ASSISTANCE! According to our experience (and above all comparison with other suppliers) they deserve to be closed, supposing not to be the only and only ones to have had all these problems with them ... even the OWNER Mr. Modica Manuel pretended to be interested in our case only to recover merchandise supplied to us in excess, completely disregarding all the collateral (documented) problems created by us! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED, except (perhaps) that with them you do not do all the "package" (+ Architect + Work company) so that we can at least safeguard with the formula "balance only at the end of work and only if everything is ok" !!!

A differenza del commento precedente, mi sento di fare i complimenti per la precisione e la serietà sia di Lucrezia che di Manuel We relied on Artecasa for the complete renovation of a 50sqm studio in San Babila and they did an excellent job, respecting the times even though we had assigned them during the year-end holidays. Mi sono trovata molto bene con tutto lo staff ed il titolare si è sempre mostrato disponibile anche di fronte alle piccole difficoltà che un lavoro di ristrutturazione complesso può necessariamente incontrare. Il risultato è molto soddifsacente e le tempistiche di realizzazione sono state allineate alle mie aspettative. Lo consiglierei ai miei conoscenti perchè credo che anche economicamente ne sia valsa la pena! GG per voi I chose Artecasa for the renovation of an old apartment to be completely demolished and rebuilt. I got along very well with all the staff and the owner has always shown himself available even in the face of the small difficulties that a complex renovation can necessarily encounter. The result is very satisfying and the timing of realization has been aligned with my expectations. I would recommend it to my acquaintances because I believe that even economically it was worth it!
