Li abbiamo scelti, prima attirati da Instagram e poi super convinti dopo l'incontro con una delle ragazze. L'entusiasmo si è presto trasformato in grande delusione perché non ci hanno risposto a diverse email, alle chiamate e non ci hanno accompagnato in showroom per la scelta delle finiture perché “super oberate” con altri progetti . Dopo vari solleciti, una delle ragazze ci ha inviato una email sbrigativa, solo indicando approssimativamente delle idee senza un minimo di confronto con noi. Molto delusi da ciò, abbiamo inviato 2 email dove chiedevamo un minimo di disponibilità e/o confronto, ma non hanno nemmeno risposto!Non fatevi abbindolare dalle belle foto su Instagram perché trattano i clienti in maniera superficiale! Neanche nelle peggiori botteghe non si risponde alle email dei clienti. Forse perché si trattava di un progetto di nuova costruzione che li entusiasmava poco? In questo caso, sarebbe stato serio non farci nemmeno il preventivo. We turned to Nap Atelier for our newly built apartment which will be ready at the end of 2022 but which included a previous step in mid-2021 for the choice of finishes (bathrooms, floors and walls). We chose them, first attracted by Instagram and then super convinced after meeting one of the girls. The enthusiasm soon turned into great disappointment because they did not answer us to several emails, calls and did not accompany us to the showroom for the choice of finishes because they were “super overburdened” with other projects. After several reminders, one of the girls sent us a hasty email, only roughly indicating ideas without a minimum of confrontation with us. Very disappointed by this, we sent 2 emails where we asked for a minimum of availability and / or comparison, but they didn't even reply! Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos on Instagram because they treat customers in a superficial way! Even in the worst shops, customers' emails are not answered. Was it perhaps because it was a new construction project that did not excite them much? In this case, it would have been serious not to even quote us.

Ho trovato in Nap Atelier un ambiente innovativo e classico allo stesso tempo. Consiglio vivamente perché è come sedersi a casa propria ed iniziare a mettere.ogni tassellino del proprio progetto. Grazie ancora, spero di tornare presto per rivivere l'emozione di veder concretizzare pezzo per pezzo la mia immaginazione di colori e combinazioni. Ho ordinato un bel tessuto, pagato subito ( non lo avessi mai fatto) e mi hanno rassicurata che in sarebbe arrivato in giro di 10 giorni. Ora, sono 5 settimane che attendo. Quando chiamo sono sempre super impegnati e non hanno tempo visto che devono servire i clienti. Ergo, MAI PIÙ. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER ! The worst service I have ever received! I ordered a nice fabric, paid immediately (I had never done it) and they reassured me that it would arrive in 10 days. Now, I've been waiting for 5 weeks. When I call they are always super busy and have no time as they have to serve customers. Ergo, NEVER AGAIN. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER!
