Un tecnico ci ha seguiti sin dall'inizio, prima di tutto per una visita optometrica estremamente accurata, durante la quale ha spiegato direttamente a nostro figlio la situazione in dettaglio e l'uso che dovrà fare degli occhiali. Poi lo ha seguito nella scelta della montatura che fosse più idonea per lui e che sposasse il suo gusto, per poi definire la tipologia di lenti da adottare. Cortesia, competenza e molta pazienza, complice un tardo pomeriggio tranquillo con pochissimi clienti in giro. Lo consiglio senz'altro

A technician followed us from the beginning, first of all for an extremely accurate optometric examination, during which he explained directly to our son the situation in detail and the use he will have to make of the glasses. Then he followed him in choosing the frame that was most suitable for him and that matched his taste, to then define the type of lenses to be adopted. Courtesy, competence and a lot of patience, thanks to a quiet late afternoon with very few customers around. Definitely recommend it

Ho acquistato e pagato al momento 4 scatole di lenti, due sarebbero dovute arrivare entro "qualche giorno", mi avrebbero chiamata per avvisarmi ma, passato "qualche giorno" e non avendo ricevuto alcuna chiamata, sono andata in negozio a una settimana dall'ordine: vuoto totale, sembrava non sapessero di cosa stessi parlando. Mi dicono di tornare dopo qualche giorno: ancora nulla. Propongo di farmele spedire a casa: le sto aspettando da 5 settimane. Imbarazzanti. Se potessi dare stelle negative esprimerei al meglio il mio giudizio. Stateci lontani.
Terrible experience. I bought and paid for 4 boxes of lenses at the moment, two should have arrived within "a few days", they would have called me to notify me but, after "a few days" and not having received any calls, I went to the store a week after ordering : total emptiness, it seemed they didn't know what I was talking about. They tell me to come back after a few days: still nothing. I propose to have them sent home: I've been waiting for them for 5 weeks. Embarassing. If I could give negative stars I would best express my judgment. Stay away from us.
