★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre stati, da 30 anni a questa parte, e sono ancora il mio punto di riferimento per gli occhiali da vista! Si vede che ci tengono al cliente in modo umano. Non pensano a vendere ma a soddisfare il cliente pienamente. Inoltre, sono competenti e non esitano a spiegare dettagli tecnici su modelli di occhiali ed anche scienza oculistica - dedicano il giusto tempo ad ogni cliente. Preferisco rivolgermi a loro anche vivendo all’estero…insomma in confronto alle grandi catene, questa è una rara gemma.
They have always been, for 30 years now, and they are still my point of reference for eyeglasses! We see that they care about the customer in a human way. They don't think about selling but fully satisfying the customer. Furthermore, they are competent and do not hesitate to explain technical details about eyewear models and even eye science - they dedicate the right time to each customer. I prefer to address them even while living abroad ... in short, compared to large chains, this is a rare gem.
