Quando sono tornata nel negozio per denunciare quello che mi era accaduto di spiacevole ed imbarazzante, non solo hanno girato la versione, ma non mi hanno sostituito il prodotto. Me lo sono tenuto, ma non ci metterò più piede!

When I returned to the store to report what had happened to me that was unpleasant and embarrassing, they not only turned the version around, but they didn't replace the product. I kept it, but I won't set foot there again!
