★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le profumazionj sono indubbiamente buone e le uso da circa due anni. Sono un po’ dubbioso sulle candele in quanto non mi sembrano allo stesso livello qualitativo degli altri prodotto.
La mia critica è più incentrata sul servizio.
Devo dire che il negozio in Brera - Milano mi ha lasciato con dell’amaro in bocca circa il servizio.
Ho speso più di 900 euro da Gennaio 2019 ad oggi in profumazioni. Ho avuto dei problemi con uno stoppino della loro lampada catalitica ... mi hanno chiesto di comperarne uno nuovo (e pagarlo 15 euro) quando lo stoppino aveva meno di 2 mesi di vita.
Lo spray per la profumazione della biancheria si è rotto e non hanno componenti di ricambio. Si sono offerti di cambiare tutta la bottiglietta ma devo riportare la vecchia. Ovviamente non una soluzione comoda perché 1) devo ritornare in negozio 2) non mi hanno risolto immediatamente io problema.
The fragrances are undoubtedly good and I've been using them for about two years. I am a bit dubious about candles as they do not seem to me at the same quality level as the other products.
My criticism is more about service.
I must say that the store in Brera - Milan left me with a bitter taste about the service.
I spent over 900 euros from January 2019 to today in fragrances. I had problems with a wick of their catalytic lamp ... they asked me to buy a new one (and pay 15 euros) when the wick was less than 2 months old.
The spray for the fragrance of the laundry is broken and has no spare parts. They offered to change the whole bottle but I have to bring back the old one. Obviously not a comfortable solution because 1) I have to go back to the store 2) I didn't solve the problem immediately.
