The apartment is super clean. The connection is very good. There is a tram nearby and the metro is not far.

Nachteil: kein Schrank bzw Kommode für Kleider.
Good, quiet location, clean room with comfortable bed, Douche / WC well-maintained fittings.
Disadvantage: no closet or dresser for clothes.
