★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cursed place. We just had our booking cancelled for no good reason. They constantly insisted that we had to pay in advance, and we refused, as our rate with booking.com was explicitly “pay at the property”. Eventually, we let them place a hold. Today, Monday, they have cancelled our booking despite us having absolutely no obligation to pay up front. When I tried to call, the person played dumb and basically all but hung up.
We arrive in Milan on Thursday. Now we need to find something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve zero stars, 1 is just too much for this TOURIST TRAP. They cancel your booking with absolutely no reason, just because they can, just because they feel like it. They cordially said that we can stay at their place if we pay instead of 200 eur/night.. Over 600 eur/night. We have traveled the world, in so many places and this never happened to us! Of course we never accepted their fraudulent deal. Their business is definitely a SCAM, tourist beware!
