P	Paula Andell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book this place! We lost our money and had to find another place to stay because we were late for check-in by 15min. We called the property well in advance to advise that we were running late and they rudely told us not to even bother showing up.

They will NOT check in before 3:00pm no matter what !we reached at 9:00am so had to wait hours n hours after a longgg flight (with two young kids and luggage)before the so called (non cooperating )manager came and checked us in , NO Recption , No house keeping,they gave us linens in the beginning which we had to use throughout ourstay,dint provide any garbage bags for changing,the a/c was not working,when we valled the manager he said he will send someone,but noone came,on again reminding he said oh the weather is nice y do u need a/c ,the beds were swinging,the second room was tinyyyy horribke room with tiny horrible bunk bed, uber and taxi would refuse to come to that area and would cancel the ride Made our stay the worstt experience ever.
S	S Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! WE LOST OUR MONEY FOR NOTHING. We tried to change our booking date. We called them and gave them almost 5 months notice. It would be very easy for them to change the reservation for us. However, Residence Milano Biscocca told us that we need to book the accommodation again and make the payment again. Why I would go back to this hotel to pay the accommodation again. We already paid for our accommodation. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. As far as they are concerned, we already paid in advance and they won't care about providing good service.
A	A Ghorbani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading other comments, it seems it is typical way of earning money for the owner. We have stuck in an unexpected traffic. We called the landlady and she approved it is no problem being there 30 min late, where we have bin there just 5 minutes late at the end. However, she left the property and got the money, left us without room to stay, and after driving 800 km driving we have to yet look for another room. Very horrible experience. I would never suggest this place. No way.

D	D V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike most apartmens from Residence Milano, our apartment (B82) was situated in building 322, with a balcony on the south and nice view. Luckily we were there in winter, with possibility to open the doors/windows for fresh and cool air, because there was NO WAY TO TURN OFF THE HEATING SYSTEM. Everything else was fine, though it would have been nice to get a tea towel and a normal small towel in the kitchen, as the dishes need to be done before you leave. Otherwise there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathroom. One of the locks downstairs was very difficult to open. Nice and large mirrors everywhere in the apartment so no need to use the bathroom for everything. Very well soundproofed building. We were supposed to have an apartment for 5 people (1 double bed, 1 sofa suitable for 2 people, and 1 single bed), but there was second single bed. This made made the small room very cramped.

They refused reasonable requests outright, refused the refund my booking when I was unable to check-in on time and made every step of the stay horrible. To top it off the bed was uncomfortable, the apartment poorly cleaned and the complex was surrounded by police and fire trucks twice. I would definitely avoid this place!! It's the only time I've ever truly regretted staying somewhere as usually I'm pretty relaxed and accepting (especially with low cost accommodation) but this was a horrible experience.
O	Oren Minster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it is a nice apartment. Big, well accessorized, very good location. The only thing (and it was quite a big issue for us) is that there is no good heat in the apartment. The max temp is 22 degrees (which I don't think reaches it) and at night the rooms were very cold, our kids were freezing. If you travel with kids in the cold months of the year, I do not recommend these apartments.
