E	Ellie Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I had cash inside of backpack in a deep pocket which means you have to dig the bag thoroughly to find the money. This was happend after housekeeping and the hotel confirmed no one else entered the roome except the housekeeper. The manager of the hotel asked me to provide all the details but giving him all the details was another waste of time. After months, he said “ Unfortunately, the case is found to be lacking in evidence proving the theft and no action has been take for.” So PLEASE make sure you bring your own CCTV to be set up in your room because you have to prove yourself incase anything happens and say no for housekeeping. The hotel doesn’t take any action about it. Even from Hilton.

R	Ronin NiN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was very nice and experience was good. In hotel gym was nice and seemed updated than most. In hotel restaurant/ bar was very nice with good drinks. However the rooms tv was very small and outdated. Room cleanliness was good also. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel pantry was nice to have with plenty of options and a microwave to reheat food if needed. Also has restaurants within good walking distance. Subway is vey close for easy access to the city and surrounding areas! I like this hotel and recommend.
F	Flor Crosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice hotel, well located next to the subway M1 which goes directly to the main places in Milan. Wifi is very vert bad. We had to work at night and it was impossible to get a stable connection so that's an issue, specially for a hotel which claims to be a convention center. Also, the pillows could be better. Very worn down and very hard. The bathroom was really nice and the room was very clean and had nice storage space for clothes and luggage.
Z	Zuzanna Erber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived to Italy really late around 22:45 by the time we got ourselves sorted we were on the bus to Milan 00:45. I was worried that the hotel would be closed but I gave them a call and they were really lovely and advised we take a taxi from the town to the hotel because everything else will be closed. We arrived at the hotel and it’s beautiful, staff are really friendly and with this being our first trip to Italy they have explained everything thing really well. On the first morning we taken breakfast which was €12 each and it was actually really nice and good choice. We used the fitness room which not a lot of options but definitely all you need when on holiday. We had a good work out and the view was unreal!! We gone to the bar and we were going to get some food but the prices were a bit expensive and not a lot of choice. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and they even brought us some snacks to enjoy with our drinks. Also they heard me and my partner talk and try and sort out live football on his phone. So they came over and asked if we want to watch the game and they put it on the tv which was really nice of them ? Overall the rooms are really nice and modern. The view out of our room isn’t the best but that’s okay. It’s 2min walk to the closest metro and about 5 min walk to Lidl where we got some snacks for the room and our day from. Everyone is very friendly on the streets and in the hotel. Grazie
P	Peter Khomyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars for being clean and having parking included in Milan. However being located far out from then center I would be surprised if there was no parking. We stated two nights and chosen of the “ best rooms online”. Considering the hotel did not have many guests and its off season, they gave us construction side where hammering and noise started at 7:00am.!!! Heat in the room barely worked and when the heat was on max to heat the room it sounded like an airplane taking off.
H	Heekyoo Seo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst Hilton hotels I've ever been to. It's not even worth even 1 star. The money I had left in the room during my stay at the hotel was gone. Unfortunately I didn't use the safe. But I went out with most of my travel expenses in my bag, and when I returned to my hotel room, I found the money in my bag gone. I reported the incident to reception and submitted a police report as they wished. Even 3-4 months after the incident, follow-up was not done properly, and there was no detailed explanation or sincere apology. A month or two later, the hotel found no evidence and closed the case with a single sentence stating that all responsibility rests with the customer. While staying at numerous hotels, I have made requests for handling large and small cases, but this was the first time I have experienced such absurd customer service in relation to a theft case. In summary, I was robbed of around 600 euros from the hotel and no action was taken. It also made his impression of Italy worse. I do not recommend that you choose this hotel unless there is a special reason.
Ι	Ιωακείμ Γουναρίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. The staff is very polite. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is amazing with a big variety. The position is a bit far from the center but if you buy a daily ticket for the Meteo, is very easy to access to the center of the city since the Metro stop is 2 minutes walking from the hotel! After that in about 10 minutes you are in the heart of Milano!
