★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso dire positiva , poco chiari nelle comunicazioni creando false illusioni e incomprensioni inutili che portano solo a far perdere tempo. Non posso consigliarli a meno che non entriate nella grazie della venditrice.

RISPONDO ALLA VOSTRA
Non è esatto solo ieri mi avete detto che non potevate vendermi il tavolino in esposizione (che ha le finiture adatte ai miei mobili e voi lo sapevate), sino al giorno prima il vostro problema era sul modello unico nel vs punto vendita. Siate più chiari e trasparenti, a vs dire se vendete con ritiro a carico del cliente la merce in esposizione applicate uno sconto del 10% e questo non volete farlo per un tavolino appena arrivato. Comunque, come da voi affermato telefonicamente siete liberi di vendere a chi volete. Peccato avreste avuto una vendita certa , mi rivolgerò ad altri, cordiali.

It is not correct only yesterday you told me that you could not sell me the coffee table on display (which has the finishes suitable for my furniture and you knew it), until the day before your problem was on the unique model in your store. Be clearer and more transparent, to say if you sell the goods on display with collection at the customer's expense, apply a 10% discount and you don't want to do this for a coffee table that has just arrived. However, as you stated by telephone, you are free to sell to whoever you want. Too bad you would have had a certain sale, I will turn to others, cordial ones.

We went to Simoni Arreda for the purchase of a table for our living room, intrigued by the transformable furniture proposals we were looking for. Once inside we were captivated by Elena's kindness and professionalism, who guided us in choosing not only the perfect coffee table, but the entire TV wall in the living room. Elena immediately understood our needs, from furniture design to delivery, and I must say that the final result went well beyond expectations! Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some very nice ideas (and quite expensive) for your house but... man, customer service is just not their thing. They are slow in just about everything. It feels like a struggle to get someone's attention in the store (even when you are the only customer around), and I had to call/email them 3 times and 2 weeks to finally get the document and estimates they were supposed to send me the very same day. I was then concerned that the delivery and the aftercare would be a mess so i decided to go and buy all my stuff elsewhere.
