They do offer a shuttle ride to the nearest metro station but it is still quite a long distance and amount of time to get anywhere. Pros: -got a good price -the common areas in the hotel were clean -the room was clean -it includes a decent free breakfast -they offer a shuttle bus ride to the nearest station -restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner cons: -nothing (no restaurants, stores, or anything else) within walking distance -far from the city center -far from the airport -far from the train station -the restaurant is open at certain times (this seems to be the trend in all of Italy though) -the hotel is dark and the rooms are dark (dark wall colors and very dim lighting) Overall: The amount of money that we saved on the hotel, we spent it on transportation. A hotel closer to the city center would've been a better deal.

We asked for s Taxi to go in Milano Center, the girl in the reception „found“ us a taxi for which we paid 50 €, i think she takes a part from this money. When we come back we found by ourselves a taxi for which we paid just 18€. So you can make by yourself the difference.

We stayed at the Klima Hotel for a couple of nights for a trade show at the nearby Fiera Milano Rho. Nearby is not to be confused with good connections: taxi is all that the hotel located within an industrial area can be reached with. Beware of Italian taxi fees when calling one though! The rooms are okay, clean, spacious but without any charm. The breakfast/dinner room feels more like a canteen than a restaurant. Not judging on how the buffet style was due to Covid19, the breakfast room lacked comfort and easiness. Breakfast selection was good, but the food not always properly warmed. However, the main reason for giving only one star is the reception staff that did not give us the feeling of being welcome, that was not receptive to requests (safe not working, taxi could not be called for a specific time etc.) and overall made not the impression that the guests are anything more than a payer. I'm sorry to have to give such a bad review. I wish it was different.
L	Leizell Catalbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were supposed to stay in this hotel for 3 days, unfortunately after 48 hours arriving in the hotel, one of the staffs in the reception won't allow us to enter our room (it was locked) just because our Rapid Covid test was not valid anymore, one of her reasons was that our Covid Digital Pass (by the way we were fully vaccinated, we also presented our Vaccine Book) is not valid via scanning. We are Nurses from Germany traveling in Italy for relaxation and fun...but this experience of us in Klima Hotel was WORST, we were kicked out in the hotel at almost mid night, and only one of our colleagues can packed up our things...Airports, Malls and Restaurants in Italy validated successfully our COVID QR pass ONLY IN THIS HOTEL IT WAS NOT VALID. THE STAFF did not even gave us consideration, it was almost mid night. We went to another hotel, COVID pass was okay.
A	Antonio M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay FAR Away book else where so many good alternatives and lower cost hotels and bnbs in the area. Location very BAD dead zone! Never book a non refundable booking with them, I went there within 1 hour of a booking and was not allowed to login due to a super green pass when I had green pass base and of course they never want to change date or give a refund and it was not mentions anywhere online. AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!!

A	Asghar Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very pleasant experience with Klima Hotel. Very good size room, nice and tidy. We love the breakfast loads of choice of food very professional service. If you have your own car it's perfect but if you want to use public transport it is still not bad 15 min walk to bus no. 35 or 40 than you can catch Metro for Central Station. All in all highly recommended.
