Hotel Ornato - MiniHotel Group

I think the only minus of the hotel was it's location. It was 1,5km from the metro station so we had to go on foot there or use the bus to the metro all the time. The room was very clean.

I am contacting to make a complain. We were supposed to be hosted in Hotel Ornato on 10DIC2021 to 12DIC2021. We did the check-in on 10DIC 2021 at 2 pm. Firstly, when we arrived to the corridor of the first floor, there were approximately 10 men without mask (hotel staff and external staff). We needed to pass next them to arrived to our room number 109, as you know, after validating our green pass in the reception. One of these man asked us (while we were in the corridor with all men without mask) which was our room. Why? We did not know. When we got inside the room, we saw the toilette dirty so we went directly to ask the recepcionist for a clean room but there weren't available so finally we agree to clean our bathroom again. They apologized about the situation, ensure us the bathroom will be clean later and offer us a free breakfast for the following day. We left the hotel with a disgusting feeling... At midnight, the main problem was that the toilet was still dirty. We asked again if it was posible to change to a clean room. At the beginning they told us that it was not possible to change the room at that time against the hotel protocol and maybe tomorrow could be possible. Some minutes later, the manager phoned him for another issue and he explained the situation and the manager gave him the OK for changing the room. Next morning, Saturday 11th, we newly complained. There was another receptionist. We asked for a relocation in one of your other 10 hotels in the city or for another solution because we were really annoyed and disgusted with the room and the situation. They said that we need to wait until the afternoon to asked to the manager and give us a solution. So, we decided to leave due to the bad treated we received.

The hotel was very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It deserves more than 3 stars!

Good hotel. Clean, basic, cheap- everything what we needed. Tram (No. 4 which will take you to the city centre) 5 min by foot from the hotel. Good breakfast.

Always a pleasure. The gentleman at the from desk helped me retain the same room after I made a second booking before checkout for the previous booking. Really appreciated.

Dirty room, dirty windows, most pictures are different from what you get. Maybe there are only some rooms that have renovated. When i put my phone to charge the light in room went off. Generally felt unsafe cause the block was out of the main building in a yard with the door of the block open. Bad experience overall, i would not recommend. The only plus was that the room was warm despite the paper walls.

The stuff was kind and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and tasty. The room was a bit simple (just like a hospital room), it would be good to have some pictures, plants or any other decorations in it.

It depends on what are your requirements so I will summarise what I find positive in the hotel and what I didn't like. Positive: - Good location and good price. They also offer good parking at reasonable price. - room facilities, size and bathroom size are all good though I expect dispensers for soap and shampoo rather than sachets. - friendly and helpful staff Not so good/Negative: - breakfast is just OK - rooms walls aren't noise proof so you can hear a lot of noise from around. - washroom exhaust either not functioning or not strong enough so after shower it remains filled with steam for a long time.
