★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is special and beautiful. We had a honeymoon reservation. We were tired, and we went it to have a shower, but the hidromassage bath is gone wrong .The restaurant is good, but the portion is very small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic hotel full of charm but not stuffy at all. Fabulous villa with Murano chandeliers, very personable and warm service, no snobbishness, a fabulous restaurant, unusually abundant breakfast for italy. Nothing is too much trouble. Bonus: 20 minutes by train from centre of Venice !

A very peaceful and private setting that is ideal for resting the mind, and body, after long and tiring workdays or journeys. The attached golf club is a bonus. Located 10 minutes drive from my meetings in Dosson and just 20 minutes from Venice for coffee; however, private transportation is strongly advised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top price paid for a tiny room and disgusting bathroom.
This hotel has surely seen days of past glory but now, it is badly in need of refurbishment.
There was no table or chair, let alone an armchair in the room.
The bathroom was in need of repair. The window's paint was flaking (see pics).
Never again.
Apparently people are prepared to pay extortionate pricesfor the golf.
Otherwise I can't see any rational explanation.
Great breakfast with excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really amazing with historical architecture. The staff is really friendly and helps you. I had a little problem in my room and they changed it even after 3 hours of stay in it. The location is easily reachable with car and they have enough parking space for cars at property. The breakfast is served from 07:00 till 10:00, which is not buffet right now because of corona situation. But they serves you on your table whatever you need from the menu.
My overall experience was really great and it is highly recommended.
