Awesome hotel... With great rooms... Staff is very polite and helpful...

It is a nice place with apartments from 1 to four people. Each apartment is provided with a very small kitchen and one bathroom.

The service apartment is close to several points in Milan. Thats about the only saving grace. There is a supermarket close by for all the needs. Its a 10 min walking distance to Metro M1 line

One of the most horrible places to stay at. Apartment was cleaned up but has so many faulties that nobody should be able to stay until it is fixed up. My apartment didn't have hot water the first night I was there. Also they have electrical stove tops and mines only had 2 (whcih is tiny for 3 people) and it didn't work . I couldnt make any food or even make myself a hot tea. I plugged my hair dryer in and I already heard weird noises coming from the output which lead to the second nights disaster. The second night I plugged in my phone and the electricity blew out. (This is very dangerous) I was in the dark for 20 minutes waiting for the electrician. They moved me to another apartment meanwhile and I tried to shower here too and the water is cold too. There's no hot water in these houses then ?!? It's early Janaury and very cold... Also I will have to go back to this faulty apartment. The manager will not change my apartment in general.The concierge man is very rude. He was screaming at his own receptionist in italian. The receptionist was trying to help me out and seeing what they could do as considering this isn't my fault or problem to deal with. The manager guy, he knew what was going on in the apartment I was staying in, apparently it already had problems before I even came. They knew the electricity blows up once in a while. He was shouting at me about how I cannot move apartments and talking over me when I try to talk to him like a human being. All I wanted was a comfortable stay and hassle-free. This isn't ok. Safe to say stay away from this residence. This is not ok conditions to live in nor to be treated like this when you're paying for the apartment.

Great place for those who want to travel for buisness in economically. The apartments are clean, comfortable and fully furnished. The staff is very friendly, efficient and co-operative. The internet connection is not so great. As for the location, is it 10-15 mins away from 3 different metro stops and 20 mins on foot from a major train station (Lambrate) so no complaints there. If you have a car, bike or even a bicycle, ask the staff for a place in the garage, you will never find free parking spaces on the street. Even if you do, the street is not safe to leave any vehicles overnight.

In love with this place..... I had to spend a night in Milan after a Champions League match and I felt very comfortable! Pros: wi fi, wonderful rooms, position (bus stop and metro are near). And.... it is a pet - friendly residence!

Loved my stay here just before the pandemic started. Cozy rooms, proximity to metro station and grocery stores. Rajeev and Rakesh were friendly and were a great help to me. Hoping to be in Milan and at this place again.

This is by far the most memorable hotel after countless visit to Milan. Location : Just Perfect! 15minutes from Linate Airport, 10minutes to Centrale FS. Public Transport just around the corner, within no time you’ll be in heart of action. Supermarket just stone throwaway Connad, Carrefour and surrounded by restaurants and coffeeshops. Surprisingly once you are inside the hotel, it’s quiet and calm. Check-in : Express! Efficient and Professional assisted by Pierro The Manager. Room : Large room with King bed, dressing and cable TV. Dining room with TV, micro wave and coffee machine. Balcony and Kitchen with complete facilities, Oh you feel like home. Establishment : Cute charming hotel Well maintained with garden and nice decorations (not too much and heavy) Coffee, Vending and Washing Machine at disposal in a very reasonable price.Laundry big capacity, clean and smell so nice (I just love laundry don’t know why) Cost 6€ detergent Included Your dirty clothes back shining, clean and dry! Free parking nearby What could you possibly ask more? Staff : Last but not least, I bet this is the highlight of this hotel. Everyone is friendly and professional.Especially Big thanks to Super Pierro who are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
