Caratteristiche che ho riscontrato a pieno quando mi sono recato in questo negozio. Anna e Claudio sono due veri professionisti, che mostrano competenza assoluta in questo settore, con quasi 30 anni di lavoro sulle proprie spalle. Al mio ingresso ho riscontrato affidabilità e prontezza di risposta ad ogni mio quesito. Nel mentre, ho potuto inoltre notare con quanta rapidità ed efficienza si prestavano a riconsegnare un mezzo in riparazione, spiegando meticolosamente al cliente il lavoro eseguito e dando consigli utili per la corretta conservazione e cura del mezzo stesso.
Un' esperienza di acquisto a dir poco esemplare!

Features that I found in full when I went to this shop. Anna and Claudio are two true professionals, who show absolute competence in this sector, with almost 30 years of work on their shoulders. Upon my entry I found reliability and prompt response to all my questions. Meanwhile, I was also able to notice how quickly and efficiently they lent themselves to returning a vehicle for repair, meticulously explaining the work performed to the customer and giving useful advice for the correct conservation and care of the vehicle.
An exemplary shopping experience to say the least!
Do I recommend it? No, I recommend it STRA !! :))

I took my scooter to wheel and repaired in 24h. Staff very cordial, professional and attentive to listening and giving advice. Bought moderately priced and well-stocked accessories. Maximum availability. Super positive experience! They won me over with their kindness. I will always come back to them for any problems.

Entrato per la prima volta nel negozio di Anna e Claudio per acquistare la mia prima moto, sono stato accolto con grande cortesia, professionalità e passione per il lavoro che li contraddistingue.
Dall'inizio alla fine , sono stato seguito con attenzione, soddisfacendo le mie numerose domande da neo motociclista e rispettando tutte le tempistiche che mi avevano dato.
Sicuramente grazie alla loro esperienza trentennale hanno ben chiaro cosa significhi dare un buon servizio al cliente sia nel pre che nel post vendita.

When I entered Anna and Claudio's shop for the first time to buy my first bike, I was greeted with great courtesy, professionalism and passion for the work that distinguishes them.
From start to finish, I was followed closely, satisfying my many questions as a new biker and respecting all the timelines they had given me.
Surely thanks to their thirty years of experience they have a clear idea of what it means to give good customer service both in pre and post sales.
in a nutshell .. very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Golden Bike in seguito al primo tagliando. Qualche giorno dopo la mia moto ha subito una caduta accidentale da ferma, sopra una transenna. Con la caduta si era sfondata la sella nuova e io ero veramente triste. La ho portata a loro perché fin da subito mi erano sembrati affidabili e ho chiesto come si potesse risolvere il problema. D’apprima mi era stato proposto di mettere una banda rossa in modo trasversale e, nonostante non impazzissi per l’idea, mi spiaceva rifoderare da capo la sella, che era nuova. Però ho deciso di fidarmi di loro e gli ho dato campo libero.
Oggi sono andato a ritirare la moto e sono stato molto sorpreso e al tempo stesso molto felice e sollevato, nel vedere la mia sella tornata praticamente nuova!!!! Niente bandana e, non so come abbia fatto, ma la sella è tornata nuova!!!!!!!! Vi lascio la foto qui! Grazie ??????
I met Golden Bike after the first service. A few days later my bike suffered an accidental fall from a standstill, over a barrier. With the fall the new saddle had broken through and I was really sad. I brought it to them because they immediately seemed reliable and I asked how the problem could be solved. At first I was asked to put a red band across it and, although I wasn't crazy about the idea, I was sorry to reupholster the saddle, which was new. But I decided to trust them and gave them free rein.
Today I went to collect the bike and I was very surprised and at the same time very happy and relieved to see my saddle back practically new !!!! No bandana and, I don't know how he did it, but the saddle is new again !!!!!!!! I leave you the photo here! Thanks ??????
