I went there twice before jumping to conclusions but their overall performance as a bike shop is pathetic: - average products for high prices - terrible customer service - invested a lot of time in excuses why they can’t provide services (e.g., quick derailleur adjustment) There are many shops in Milan that are more accommodating who care about their customers. Do a quick google search before going to Equilibrio Urbano.

When presented with a problem, they went above and beyond what was required of them to get the job done quickly and efficiently. On top of the impeccable service, they were all very nice and I could feel the positive atmosphere in the shop. I highly recommend this shop and next time I'm in Milan, I will stop by just to say hello.
t	tess P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! We love it here! Our family has three bikes bought from Equilibrio Urbano - I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very kind, professional and patient (and we are not easy clients!). Having bike owners who are totally happy with their purchase(s) is very important to them, and this comes across. Gianluca is always there to give advice and to offer help before and long after purchase. Usually one does need to book to have work done on ones bike (or leave the bike there for a few days) , but unlike some reviews I have read, I don't feel this is inappropriate! Staff (good) is limited and demand is high - it seems perfectly reasonable to me. (I'd also just like to add another bonus of buying a bike here; apart from customer satisfaction there's the fact that one is supporting a local business, rather than a chain store, which is, at least for me, a plus!) So if you have any doubts, don't! It's worth a visit.
