★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una bici NON comprata da loro, ma comunque li ho trovati molto cortesi, abbiamo deciso le modifiche da fare e sono stati veloci e precisi. Il costo è stato in linea con altri negozi. In officina abbiamo anche rivisto il setting della forcella e mi hanno dato preziosi consigli. Consigliati, ci ritornerò.
 I have a bike NOT bought from them, but still I found them very courteous, we decided on the changes to make and they were fast and precise. The cost was in line with other stores. In the workshop we also reviewed the fork setting and they gave me valuable advice. Recommended, I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio fare un elogio pubblico ai gestori della Bicicletteria perché mi hanno dimostrato con i fatti di essere dei veri professionisti.
Il fatto:
Nel mese di ottobre 2021 ho ordinato una bicicletta il cui arrivo era previsto per la fine di gennaio 2022. Per cause non dipendenti da loro, la bicicletta arriverà invece nel mese di aprile, presumibilmente, con un probabile aumento del prezzo; conosciamo tutti le cause degli attuali aumenti. Ho deciso quindi per tali motivi di recidere il contratto di acquisto e rinunciare alla bicicletta. Mi è stato offerto il totale rimborso e nel giro di qualche ora ho avuto l'accredito.
Questo significa essere seri e lavorare bene.
Vi ringrazio. Tanto Vi dovevo.

I want to give a public praise to the managers of the Bicicletteria because they have shown me with facts that they are true professionals.
The fact:
In October 2021 I ordered a bicycle whose arrival was scheduled for the end of January 2022. For reasons beyond their control, the bicycle will arrive in April, presumably, with a probable increase in price; we all know the causes of the current increases. I therefore decided for these reasons to terminate the purchase contract and give up the bicycle. I was offered a full refund and within a few hours I was credited.
This means being serious and working well.

Not sure about these poor reviews but whenever I went to La Bicicletteria all the staff were nice and courteous. Selene does a great job and Roberto knows his stuff. I bought my scooter from there and will be back for another bike at some point. The new store looks great and I'm very happy with the service. Grazie.
