Innanzitutto si fregia di titoli (quello di dottoressa) che dubito possieda, secondariamente vende alla clientela articoli inutili a soddisfare le richieste presentate, rifiutandosi poi di erogare un rimborso o quantomeno rilasciare un voucher. Questi comportamenti saranno segnalati a chi di competenza, ma nel frattempo il pubblico farebbe bene a rivolgersi ad altri esercizi dove la clientela non viene imbrogliata, cosa gravissima quando è in ballo la salute The staff of this drugstore, especially Mrs Nancy, behave unfairly with customers.
