G	Giovanna Schioppa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questa farmacia per acquistare un prodotto specifico per un bimbo di 4 anni che soffre di emorragie nasali richiedendo EMOFIX. La signora che serviva al banco mi da un altro medicinale dicendomi che era la stessa cosa, perché EMOFIX non c’è l’hanbo. Dopo averlo acquistato leggo il foglietto illustrativo e leggo che : 1 i componenti sono diversi, 2 il prodotto serve esclusivamente a disinfettare e non a fermare le emorragie. Torniamo per ridare il prodotto indietro, il farmacista ( diverso da quello che mi aveva servita prima) conferma che non sono la stessa e cosa e ci da quello richiesto prima. Insomma, professionalità zero e stiamo parlando di farmaci e non di Cremine per il corpo. I went to this pharmacy to buy a specific product for a 4 year old child suffering from nosebleeds requesting EMOFIX. The lady serving at the counter gives me another medicine, telling me it was the same thing, because EMOFIX doesn't have it. After buying it, I read the package leaflet and I read that: 1 the components are different, 2 the product is used exclusively to disinfect and not to stop bleeding. Let's go back to give the product back, the pharmacist (different from the one who had served me before) confirms that they are not the same and what and gives us what was requested before. In short, zero professionalism and we are talking about drugs and not Cremines for the body.

Anche prodotti per la cura degli animali. Possibilità di eseguire alcuni esami diagnostici. Mi era successo in passato con altri prodotti. Abito a 50m, ma se posso evito. Personale non gentile ma professionale quindi va bene. Higher prices than other pharmacies. Eg renazina bought in other pharmacies in the area for € 6.70, in this pharmacy paid 8.90. It had happened to me in the past with other products. Dress at 50m, but if I can avoid it. Staff not friendly but professional so it's fine.

Sapevo che il prezzo sarebbe stato di 32€, ma dietro il bancone, appena entrata, ho notato un foglio che diceva che c'era una promozione e che sarebbe costato 25€. Non è molto, ma uno sconto fa sempre piacere. Una volta fatto l'esame, sono andata a pagare e, nel frattempo, la farmacista aveva prontamente fatto sparire il foglio. Ho pensato che magari l'offerta era scaduta, ma, parlando con il mio ragazzo andato lí anche lui per un ECG, ho scoperto che la stessa cosa era successa a lui. I risultati sono arrivati il pomeriggio stesso dell'esame via mail, ma una caduta di stile del genere non si puó perdonare. I did an ECG at this pharmacy last week. I knew the price would be € 32, but behind the counter, as soon as I entered, I noticed a sheet that said there was a promotion and that it would cost € 25. It's not much, but a discount is always nice. Once the exam was done, I went to pay and, in the meantime, the pharmacist had promptly made the paper disappear. I thought maybe the offer had expired, but, talking to my boyfriend who went there for an ECG, I discovered that the same thing had happened to him. The results arrived the same afternoon as the e-mail exam, but such a fall in style cannot be forgiven.

Ragazzi già che salutano è tanta roba a Milano :D e poi sono sempre sorridenti e pronti al dialogo x qualsiasi cosa! I read reviews where they say the staff are not friendly?!?! Boys already saying goodbye is a lot of stuff in Milan: D and then they are always smiling and ready for dialogue for anything!

Mi ha dato molti consigli su come affrontare la situazione della mia coinquilina con uno strano mal di gola acuto, anche quando il suo medico si rifiuta di visitarla data la situazione di emergenza covid. Really nice, helpful and professional pharmacist. She has given me a lot of advice on how to deal with my roommate's situation with a strange acute sore throat, even when her doctor refuses to see her due to the covid emergency situation.

Also, they were so attentive and protective during my pregnancy. One time I came in looking (and feeling) faint and they had me sit, brought me sustenance, took my blood pressure, and just generally took care of me and didn't charge me for any of that.
