Super professionali. Siamo andati in 4 a fare il tampone rapido per il green pass e onestamente (e di tamponi ne ho fatti tanti), la prima volta che non accuso fastidio. Sia la dottoressa che il giovane medico che la coadiuvava, hanno eseguito il test con molta delicatezza. Consigliatissimo!
Super professional. 4 of us went to do the quick swab for the green pass and honestly (and I've done so many swabs), the first time that I don't feel bothered. Both the doctor and the young doctor who assisted her performed the test very gently. Highly recommended!

Sono entrata per fare un piccolo acquisto e subito una dottoressa è venuta a chiedere di che cosa avessi bisogno, ho spiegato cosa mi serviva e la stessa si è messa subito davanti al computer per controllare se aveva il prodotto in casa, con rammarico mi ha detto sono spiacente, ma se vuole glielo ordino, gentile, cordiale e premurosa, persona veramente speciale

Le persone qui sono maleducati e arrabbiati. Sembra che il servizio di tampone Rapido sia troppo complesso e stressante per loro. Zero stelle. The staff here are rude and impolite. Seems like the covid fast test causes them lots of stress. They don't follow their own rules, be prepared to wait long time regardless of making an appointment

Oggi 2 gennaio 2022 avevo prenotato un tampone per le 17 30 ma alle 17 15 arrivo davanti alla fascia e la trovo chiusa nonostante questa mattina dal sito che gestisce le prenotazione mi sia arrivata una mail per ricordarmi la appuntento.....io capisco le problematiche ma sarebbe stato giusto avvisare almeno mi sarei organizzato ....grazie per il disservizio
Today 2 January 2022 I had booked a buffer for 17 30 but at 17 15 I arrive in front of the band and I find it closed despite this morning from the site that manages the reservations I received an email to remind me of the note ..... I understand the problems but it would have been right to warn at least I would have organized .... thanks for the disservice

Ho fatto il tampone in data 22/12 con mio figlio. La farmacia è solerte e il personale è gentile. Al punto tampone c'era una comprensibile fila, ma l'infermiera/ operatrice che ha fatto il tampone è stata davvero dotata di mano pesante. Tutti uscivano con le lacrime agli occhi. In altri posti il tampone è meno invasivo.
I swab on 12/22 with my son. The pharmacy is diligent and the staff is nice. There was an understandable queue at the swab point, but the nurse / operator who did the swab was really heavy handed. Everyone came out with tears in their eyes. In other places the tampon is less invasive.

Esperienza pessima ANDATE ALTROVE! Ho fatto un tampone molecolare in data mercoledì 22/12 e ho pagato il sovrapprezzo per avere il risultato in 24h (cioè entro le ore 22:00 del giovedì 23). alle 08:00 del giorno 24 non avevo ancora ricevuto l'esito! mi è arrivato alle 09.30!! La farmacia afferma che il laboratorio era sovraccarico e non sono riusciti ad elaborarlo in tempo. Posso capirlo ma questa comunque è una INOTTEMPERANZA CONTRATTUALE da parte loro. Come MINIMO ho diritto al rimborso del sovrapprezzo!! Nonostante i ripetuti contatti e solleciti la farmacia fa orecchie da mercante e NON VUOLE RIMBORSARMI! Inoltre il referto data il campione al 23 facendomi perdere un giorno! A voi il giudizio. -------------------------- So benissimo e vedo il macello generale sui tamponi, ma non c'entra nulla con la mia contestazione (oppure mi sta dicendo che devo contribuire "gratis et amore dei" a questo??), Vede, qui non si tratta di "tollerare" qualche errore. Qui si tratta che i miei soldi li avete presi e NON AVETE FORNITO IL SERVIZIO PER CUI HO PAGATO! Se all'autolavaggio paga per avere l'asciugatura e le danno l'auto bagnata lei cosa farebbe?!? Not the best experience with the whole process for the rapid test. There is no information on how the process works when you book a rapid test. We had to ask other customers to explain how to finally get tested after waiting in line for an hour with an appointment! So if you decide to go there for your rapid test this are the correct steps. You can book your rapid test online, there is a qr code on the pharmacy display and on the tent opposite the pharmacy (where the actual testing takes place). You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder the day before your appointment. Before your booked time you will go to the pharmacy to the cashier counters. You will need to pay for the test (15 euros) and will be given a form to fill in with your name and info (the form is available also in English, you need to ask for it). The pharmacist notes the time of the appointment on the form. With the form and receipt you need to go opposite the street to the tent to get tested. There is a huge line with people waiting without appointment. Do Not wait in this line. Go directly to the tent at the time of your booking and show your form to the person doing the tests as soon as they get out of the tent. After you finish with the swab, you need to wait for 5 minutes outside the tent and then the person performing the swabs will call your name and give you the form with the result noted on top. With a negative result please go back to the pharmacy, to the counter on the right (there is sign saying something like test registration) and they will do the registration of the result on their platform, verifying your ID or passport so make sure to have it with you. Then they do the green pass or if you need a document for travel reasons as we did, please ask to print the result and sign-stamp the print out.
