Mi ero iscritta al loro sito perchè avevo trovato l'articolo che cercavo da fare come regalo a una persona che fa l'ortottista. Giustamente loro mi hanno ricontattato perchè non trovavano la mia iscrizione all'albo dei medici. Così ho detto loro che appunto ero un privato e perchè mi serviva il loro aiuto... si sono fatti in 4 x aiutarmi. Mi hanno mandato il preventivo via mail. Il giorno 4/12 decido di comprare ciò che loro avevano e che a me serviva e chiedo come fare non potendo fare tutto attraverso il loro sito. Mi rispondono che se volevo far partire l'ordine dovevo rispondere alla loro mail, così nella stessa giornata faccio partire l'ordine ed effettuo il bonifico. Tenete presente che per un bonifico ci voglio all'incirca 2/3 gg. lavorativi. Mi comunicano che in data 6/12 gli era arrivato il bonifico e che l'ordine era stato evaso... il giorno dopo (7/12) alle 12.30 avevo la merce a casa ordinata il 4/12. Che dire, un servizio efficace ed efficente. Ma poi disponibili al massimo. Ad ogni domanda che ponevo, mi hanno risposto nel giro di poche ore, a volte subito dopo la mia mail. Davvero fantastici. L'imballo super. Non una nota negativa. I make a permit: I am a private individual and not a doctor. I signed up on their site because I found the article I was looking for as a gift to someone who is an orthoptist. Rightly they contacted me because they could not find my registration in the register of doctors. So I told them that I was a private individual and why I needed their help ... they went out of their way to help me. They sent me the quote by email. On 4/12 I decide to buy what they had and what I needed and I ask how to do it not being able to do everything through their site. They reply that if I wanted to start the order I had to reply to their email, so on the same day I start the order and make the transfer. Keep in mind that for a bank transfer it takes about 2/3 days. working. They inform me that the bank transfer had arrived on 6/12 and that the order had been processed ... the next day (7/12) at 12.30 I had the goods at home ordered on 4/12. What can I say, an effective and efficient service. But then available to the maximum. Every question I asked was answered within a few hours, sometimes right after my email. Really great. The super packaging. Not a bad note.
