Ho chiamato in farmacia per fare un'ordine a domicilio tramite Pharmap e la ragazza che mi ha risposto inizialmente mi ha detto che non lo avevano, poi che lo avevano ma che lei non sapeva come inserire gli ordine su Pharmap e che avrei dovuto aspettare lunedì perché la Dottoressa non era in farmacia da tempo ma che sarebbe tornata lunedì. Mi ha detto di richiamare lunedì e di chiedere della Dott.ssa Bertolani. Questa è l'unica farmacia convenzionata con Pharmap, in cui mi dicono di non saperlo usare.

I called the pharmacy to make a home order through Pharmap and the girl who answered me initially told me that they did not have it, then that they had it but that she did not know how to place orders on Pharmap and that I would have to wait for Monday because the Doctor was not in the pharmacy for some time but that she would return on Monday. He told me to call Monday again and to ask for Dr. Bertolani. This is the only pharmacy that has an agreement with Pharmap, where they tell me they don't know how to use it.

β β β β β Great drugstore ! I came to this pharmacy to ask about a health concern. The lady and a man at the pharmacy have gave me good advices and helped me find the nearest hospital, kindly and delicately shown me the way, how to get their with the public transport since I am tourist.
This help actually saved my day. Really appreciate their kindness !
