Ho conosciuto questa farmacia a causa di un’emergenza durante il periodo di ferragosto, quando tutto è più complicato se hai bisogno di aiuto! Sono stati TUTTI splendidi nell’aiutarmi, spiegarmi e non “semplicemente vendermi “ ciò di cui necessitavo con urgenza ! Un ringraziamento speciale per la Dott.ssa Maurizia e il dott Bruno che con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità mi hanno guidata nell’affrontare uno dei momenti più difficili della mia vita . Non sapevo chi fossero e mi sono stati di aiuto come se ci conoscessimo da una vita !!! GRAZIE!!! Ovviamente consiglio questo luogo !!! E aggiungo che se tutti i professionisti in questo ambito fossero così ... molti clienti / pazienti sarebbero molto più sereni in quanto “ guidati e consigliati” e non gestiti solo come semplici clienti ... I met this pharmacy due to an emergency during the mid-August period, when everything is more complicated if you need help! They were ALL wonderful in helping me, explaining me and not "just selling me" what I urgently needed! Special thanks to Dr. Maurizia and Dr. Bruno who guided me with extreme kindness and helpfulness in dealing with one of the most difficult moments of my life. Mi è stato risposto che non c'è disponibilità perché la gente ha prenotato per andare a sciare, e di chiamare il 4 gennaio. Informatevi, i malati hanno priorità, andate sul sito ATS. Non trovare 5 min per fare un tampone a un malato di COVID-19 dopo 12 giorni di isolamento è da incompetenti. Per me dovete chiudere. I called to book a tampon to get out of the state of illness after 12 days of solitary confinement. I was told that there is no availability because people have booked to go skiing, and to call on January 4th. Find out, the sick have priority, go to the ATS website. Not finding 5 min to swab a COVID-19 patient after 12 days of isolation is incompetent. For me you have to close.

In tempo di pandemia sono stati gli unici che si sono mostrati disponobili a fare un esame di laboratorio per mio figlio, quando tutte le altre farmacie fanno solo tamponi. Grazie e raccomando!! Very kind and understanding. In times of pandemic they were the only ones who were willing to do a laboratory test for my son, when all the other pharmacies only do swabs. Thanks and I recommend !!
A	Archna Banger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO UNA STELLA PERCHÈ MENO NON POSSO, io e mio marito siamo andare in questa farmacia per fare il tampone senza prenotazione, ci Hanno detto di compilare il modulo e pagare prima, abbiamo fatto tutto come Hanno detto loro e ci Hanno detto di aspettare un ora tipo però fuori la farmacia non c'era tanta gente quindi abbiamo detto di si, poi dopo Ben 2 ORE E MEZZO siamo rientrati in farmacia per sapere a che punto stanno, ci Hanno detto che non possono dare un orario perchè quelli prenotati Hanno la priorità, ćèra solo una persona che faceva il tampone e faceva il risultato inseriva I dati e chiamava la persona, quindi secondo me serve più personale per fare il tampone, abbiamo detto che non possiamo più aspettare con questo freddo e cera anche la pioggia perchè non siamo abituati di cosi tanto freddo mio marito si è sentito anche male, ho detto in Farmacia che ci siamo sentendo male però il personale ha detto che non ci può fare niente perchè dobbiamo aspettare per forza il nostro turno che può essere anche un ora, abbiamo detto che non vogliamo fare più il tampone perche anche 2 ore e mezzo perche fare un tampone è troppo se non sapete lavorare chiudete il visto farmacia. NON CI HANNO RESTITUITO I NOSTRI SOLDI CHE ERANO 40€, personale ha detto potete aspettare o andare però I soldi non possiamo restituire, 40€ butati. SONO INCOMPETENTI. NON CONSIGLIO QUESTO LUOGO. I GIVE A STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T LESS, my husband and I are go to this pharmacy to swab without reservation, They told us to fill out the form and pay first, we did everything as They told them and They told us to wait an hour like, however, there weren't many people outside the pharmacy so we said yes, then after 2 AND A HALF HOURS we went back to the pharmacy to find out where they are, They told us that they cannot give a time because those booked have priority , ć there was only a person who swabbed and made the result entered the data and called the person, so in my opinion we need more staff to make the swab, we said that we can no longer wait with this cold and there was also the rain because we are not accustomed to so much cold my husband also felt bad, I said in the pharmacy that we were feeling bad but the staff said they can't do anything about it because we have to wait for our turn c he can even be an hour, we said that we don't want to swab anymore because even 2 and a half hours because making a swab is too much if you don't know how to work, close the pharmacy visa. THEY WERE NOT RETURNED OUR MONEY WHICH WAS € 40, staff said you can wait or go but the money we can not return, € 40 thrown away. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
W	World Traveler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd not advise customers who're getting to Central Station and /or arriving at the Station to approach this pharmacy. Busy, mostly understaffed, you'll be queuing on the street. Bear in mind when you're looking for a pharmacy to get tested for Covid they pretend there's a rule which makes tests more expensive to passport holders. So unprofessional! It's plenty of honest pharmacies around the Station where get tested for the capped €15 regardless your ID document.
