Torno in farmacia e mi dicono che è stata fatta male e me la rifanno per la seconda volta. Nessuna scusa per l'inconveniente! Sono in grado di procurare in poche ore farmaci poco diffusi, tipici soprattutto del settore veterinario. Per le signore c'e un un apposito settore con prodotti specifici e un'addetta molto brava. Per un loro problema non riuscivano a stampare lo scontrino dell'acquisto, prima mi hanno fatto aspettare e poi mi hanno chiesto di tornare. Una volta tornata mi hanno lasciato ancora ad aspettare e chiesto di tornare il giorno dopo. Al mio rifiuto di tornare per la seconda volta per uno scontrino sono apparsi visibilmente scocciati. Tutto ciò senza mai scusarsi per l'inconveniente, anzi minimizzando "abita qui vicino". Evidentemente pensano che sia normale trattare i clienti così. Farmacia sconsigliata. Very rude salespeople. For one of their problems they could not print the purchase receipt, first they made me wait and then they asked me to return. Once back they left me waiting again and asked to come back the next day. At my refusal to return for the second time for a receipt, they were visibly annoyed. Dire che c sia altezzosita' e' dire poco, la signora al banchetto saluta appena e mi Indica a malapena con un dito di andare al bancone grande in modo scazzato con un "di la'" come fossi un ritardato che non capisce nulla. Al bancone la signora t guarda dall alto in basso e l uomo che m ha seguito ha prima trattato con scazzo un vecchietto dicendo "siediti dove caspita vuoi" e poi m ha servito con fintissimo mezzo sorriso dandomi un prodotto che in altre farmacie m hanno venduto con blister di dimensioni piu grandi e a prezzi piu convenienti x me, dimostrando piu cura del cliente.
