Il 20% solo su uno scontrino che comprenda la vendita di almeno 2 capi. La trasparenza non è il vostro forte !!! Sembra che le abbia dato fastidio in negozio .Giovedì 02 gennaio alle ore 18.00 chiedo di effettuare il cambio di un capo mostrando lo scontrino. Risposta: non si può cambiare, bisogna chiedere l'autorizzazione,perché manca il tagliando con il prezzo. Ha aggiunto anche che se la collega che ha venduto il capo (nome sullo scontrino) si fosse ricordata di me ,avrebbero potuto cambiare il capo senza l'autorizzazione. Non bastava lo scontrino e ricevuta di pagamento con la carta di credito con indicato nome del negozio? La commessa ha preso il mio numero di telefono con la promessa di darmi qualche risposta. Ovviamente fin'ora non mi ha chiamato nessuno. Che professionalità e che serietà! Nello stesso giorno sono andata in un altro negozio Oltre dove il personale, molto gentile e preparato, mi ha effettuato il cambio senza alcun problema. The pissed off and careless saleswoman!
