Il problema è il servizio: il personale è disattento, lento, bisogna ripetere le cose per essere serviti e spesso si mangia ad orari assurdi (oggi siamo arrivati alle 13.00 e ci hanno portato i piatti alle 13.56 dopo essere stati ripetutamente sollecitati). Ampi margini di miglioramento. The menu is not very extensive, nor is it renewed often enough, but the dishes are good. The problem is the service: the staff is inattentive, slow, you have to repeat things to be served and often eat at absurd times (today we arrived at 13.00 and they brought us the dishes at 13.56 after being repeatedly requested). Ho assaggiato un risotto e una rivisitazione della casoela con polenta verza e polpette, entrambi i piatti molto buoni. Anche il dolce niente male, Tiramisù molto cremoso. Nice place, nice staff and fast good food. I tasted a risotto and a reinterpretation of the caseela with cabbage polenta and meatballs, both very good dishes. Even the dessert is not bad, very creamy Tiramisu.

Da riprovare! Qualche esempio : Prendere l'ordinazione dopo quasi mezz'ora non è il massimo , sopratutto per persone che lavorano e hanno i minuti contati , inoltre se all'interno non ci sono commensali essere posizionati fuori e perdipiù all'ombra durante queste giornate fredde , per usare un eufemismo , non ti riscalada il cuore , sono piccolezze che possono rendere l'esperienza per noi clienti migliore . Basterebbe poco per rendere il luogo più gradevole e un pranzo più piacevole . Mettete il cliente al primo posto e vedrete che ne gioverete anche voi. Apprezzati anche i tavoli con un certo distanziamento. La vista non è molto romantica (il ristorante si trova all'interno dell'IPER) ma non è una sorpresa, basta saperlo. Tried for dinner. I find that the restaurant has a balanced offer between menu choice, prices, cleanliness and service. Tables with a certain spacing are also appreciated. The view is not very romantic (the restaurant is located inside the IPER) but it is not a surprise, you just need to know.

Casa Portello .. un bel posto per fare colazione ? e non solo .. ? .. noi ci andiamo spesso e la colazione ? è sempre buona .. brioche ? anche se fatte nel laboratorio dell’iper .. (stesso proprietario).. sono sempre fresche e generosamente farcite di vari gusti .. buoni anche i cappucci i caffè ☕️ i marocchini ecc .. tutto questo accompagnati dalla gentilezza dei vari commessi che cambiano spesso per una sorte di turnazione (credo).. mi sono ripromesso di provare anche il ristorante sia alla sera che al mezzogiorno ? ma non ho mai avuto il tempo di farlo .. per ora super consiglio la colazione ? .. ma proverò anche la ristorazione .. (tra l’altro è molto bello anche il ristorante sito all’interno del centro adibito alla vendita degli articoli per casa e non solo) .. Milan ..
