Appena pronta (spesso in poche ore) vi arriva un sms in cui vi viene notificato che la vostra bici è come nuova. Un posto comodo, che oltre a riparazioni vende bici e accessori di ogni tipo, compreso servizi come l'installazione del microchip su bici nuove. The bicycle paradise! L	Laura Bottero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad oggi sono insoddisfatta, ho una bici tandem nuova con la forcella arrivata rotta (il ciclista di Rimini dice difetto di fabbrica, Doniselli dice schiacciata dal corriere (ma impossibile il pacco era perfetto)), passato oltre un mese Doniselli mi ha mandato la forcella, ma non hanno ancora risposto per sapere come sarà pagato il montaggio della forcella, essendo in garanzia per legge spetta a loro. Mi riservo di cambiare la recensione se risolveranno il problema. To date I am dissatisfied, I have a new tandem bike with a broken fork (the cyclist from Rimini says factory defect, Doniselli says crushed by the courier (but impossible, the package was perfect)), after more than a month Doniselli sent me the fork , but they have not yet answered to know how the fork assembly will be paid, being under warranty by law it is up to them. I reserve the right to change the review if they solve the problem.

Mi reco per un problema al movimento centrale, viene sostituito per 100 euro (prezzo degli altri negozi era 80 euro) ma decido di affidarmi a loro convinto di un'esperienza storica di cui il negozio ha fama (assolutamente non vero). Quando ritiro la bicicletta una volta uscito dal negozio mi accorgo di un rumore mentre pedalo, decido di aspettare un altro giorno prima di creare allarmismo. Il giorno seguente stesso rumore, chiamo in negozio e mi viene detto che è normale perchè hanno tagliato e stretto la catena il più possibile (cosa da me non richiesta). Dopo 2 mesi di utilizzo della bici, convinto delle parole del negoziante me ne ero fatto una ragione dei rumori, mi reco in negozio in quanto la catena continuava a cadere ed era ormai completamente rotta. Di fronte al fatto compiuto che l'errore era stato commesso da loro, mi hanno trattato malissimo dicendomi che quel lavoro non era stato fatto da loro e che la catena era vecchia e da cambiare. Non si trattano cosi' dei clienti e magari al posto di stringere le catene per sperare che qualche cretino ritorni a farsi fregare altri soldi, imparate ad essere professionali e trasparenti. Bad experience with this cyclist. I go for a problem with the bottom bracket, it is replaced for 100 euros (the price of the other shops was 80 euros) but I decide to rely on them convinced of a historical experience of which the shop has fame (absolutely not true). When I pick up the bicycle once I leave the shop I notice a noise while I pedal, I decide to wait another day before creating alarm. The following day the same noise, I call the shop and I am told that it is normal because they have cut and tightened the chain as much as possible (which I did not request). After 2 months of using the bike, convinced of the shopkeeper's words, I had made myself a reason for the noises, I went to the shop as the chain continued to fall and was now completely broken. Faced with the fait accompli that the mistake had been made by them, they treated me very badly by telling me that that work had not been done by them and that the chain was old and to be changed. They don't deal with customers like that and maybe instead of tightening their chains to hope that some idiot will come back and get more money, learn to be professional and transparent.
