I didn't want to react so far, but I would like to warn everyone who buys any equipment in Italy at Airness, address Via Vincenzo Capelli, 5, 20124 Milan.
So I bought CURRY 9 WARP basketball shoes, on October 27th. But I have one magic number about them, unfortunately not 9 only 3!
-3 games,
-3 weeks,
-and 3 words from the store, "HASN'T BEEN ACCEPTED."
So after 3 weeks and 144euros, my sneakers are no longer able to be used!!!
I play basketball professionally and I don't want to risk getting injured.
What to do??? I took them back to the store where you usually can count on them, that after 3 weeks they should help me, maybe replace or make up for the damage, but unfortunately I didn't get any answer as to why this happened, why the quality is bad, why they broke, etc...
After one week I received one e-mail from them, but sad news... with only one sentence where it says, they did not accept the complaint.
So no other solution, I had to get my shoes back, so I went there, where I asked again personally why you are not able to explain what is the problem, what happened to them, where the worker boldly answered that this "is not her problem."
But the biggest mistake that Airness made and therefore the sneakers were not even inspected, because the shoelaces were tied even as I tied them, so no one opened them to see what happened, but the easiest thing to say there is nothing we can do!
So my people if you think you want to buy new shoes, don't do it in Airness companies!!!

β β β β β Customer service regarding the returning of defective shoes via onlineshop is not satisfying. Complain is pending since 3 weeks. No answer at all. Airness is pretending to serve as well professional basketball players within reasonable time but in reality it seems not professional from their side. Update: Meanwhile received an answer. Hopefully looking forward to a fast solution. Review revised.
