★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a 2 days of using shoes the soles were torn apart from the shoes. The staff was completely indifferent and unhelpful. I couldn't get my money back even though I don't want to buy their shoes ever again. I am extremely disappointed with the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an item and when I came back the day after to return, they told me that they don't reimburse while it is written on their ticket and the EU Consumer Directive allows consumers a right of withdrawal from their purchase within 14 days of the purchase. I guess they need to be taught their job by the Bata group and I need to bring this to their group...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very reluctant to look for stock in the back for some reason. Upon asking for a larger or smaller size of a particular shoe they prefer to look for another type of shoe and recommend that instead of giving you the shoe you asked for. I had to keep asking several times to get what I wanted.
