★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is a joke like the people working or better said the whole country that host this brand. BE AWARE!!! THEY DO NOT REFUND for YOUR purchased STUFF. Shopped Zara all over the world and this no refund policy was a first here in Milan. You MUST try your stuff at the store, to ensure the size fits you, otherwise, you cannot return the purchased stuff. What a joke!!!! None of the "managers" at this store could make a clear sentence explaining why this is happening here, since Zara allows for refund all over the world. The brand fails to properly warn potential buyers about this odd business practice they have here in Italy, that is not the same they do world wide!!! Never again Zara in Italy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officially done shopping at Zara. Although sometimes it’s possible to get decent deals, the quality isn’t that great considering the not-so-low prices. Worst part though is the rude and unhelpful staff. On Sun, June 3rd at 5:15pm the girl (straight black hair) working in the fitting rooms would allow people to go in and out bringing multiple items for family members trying on items. After waiting for a good FIFTEEN minutes being first in line we politely asked her not to allow such behavior, as it was clearly stated that there was a maximum of six items at a time. She shrugged it off, told us that wasn’t Zara’s policy, and that items can be brought in an out. Needless to say, we left the store, as did a couple other people behind us in line. If this is the kind of customer care to be expected, I’d rather shop elsewhere, as there are plenty of options available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, spacious and with nice clothes even though prices can be a bit expensive. The Zara for woman is separated from the Zara for men, you need to go out to get into the other store
