★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop was a nightmare. There were too many products that didn't have signs such as name, price and info, so you have to wait for somebody to be free to explain them to you. The problem is, there are only a few members of staff and you have to wait a long time to catch someone. Once we did eventually get to speak to a member of staff, she was very rushed and spoke to us quickly about two pram models, didn't really leave us any time to ask questions or find out anything else before moving on to another couple. The shop is really cramped and there is no space to properly test the prams out, in addition to the fact that you don't really understand what you're looking at in terms of brand and price. Much better to go to Chicco on Corso Buenos Aires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never return to this store again. The staff was not very friendly and not very helpful. When we came into the store, we were ushered to the back of the store and left there to wonder around. Not one salesperson spoke to us. We requested help on 4 separate occasions before someone was pointed in our direction. Every person in the back was helped before us even though we were there and asked for help before them. There was a language barrier, but that is no excuse for poor service. We were prepared to spend around €3000 to order everything we needed for our baby. Advice to the store: don’t treat people poorly just because they look different. You missed out on having great customers. We will order everything online at another store.
